What do you like best about the product?
The service is great for organizing communications with users. It allows you to customize the appearance of the chat and set up autoresponders. Guides conversations to the correct agents and also collect metrics to know the level of customer satisfaction.
The bots are easy to use, they are useful to serve users at any time of the day.

It's hard to find something I don't like, Freshchat is just great.

Freshchat is the perfect way to communicate with our prospects in real time. Personalized interaction helps us respond to the unique needs of users and discover potential customers. Integrations with third-party products increase productivity.

Freshconnect is the best time tracking software.
What do you like best about the product?
Freshconnect is one of the best collaboration and management tool. Freshconnect is a great solution software for the small business companies. The one of the great benefit of this software is that it is great application software for the specialists and small organizations. This software provides the different ways such as, invoices, time tracking, expenses and reliable ways to connect with the employees and colleagues. This software provides the full information to our customer. Hence, it is the best way to communicate in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest disadvantage of this software is that the function of balance sheet is not good. This software is very expensive as compared to its competitors. The another problem of this software is that the updating system of freshconnect is a little more difficult with the importing of expenses. But to conclude that it is the great software for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshconnect is very users friendly and very helpful software. The great thing I like about this software is that it can be very helpful for running the business in an easiest way. I recommend this software because it is the best business software.

Is hard to integrate with the web page if you want to add a pre-form because you have to make certains configurations on the backend

It is very useful to have all the personnel and all the departments of a company connected since they can be easily updated.
The environment may seem a bit loaded, but it is impressive as you spend time handling it and feel that everything is well organized, we can already have the right information at all times, even beyond the internal network of a company and be able to respond to customer requests . It also makes the departments are not dispersed within a company interchangeably if they are not in the same building. You can organize and notify and create collaborative environments of the projects, and tasks in general within the company which makes this software a great help

Requesting a demo sometimes takes time. The initial installation requires certain technical knowledge.

With Fresconnect we have found that you can simplify many processes and make a company's internal communication more fluid. Although it can be implemented in any business or small business, it is more recommended for those where the flow of information is very constant, numerous and dispersed, as it helps to organize and manage in the best way

What do you like best about the product?
This is really an excellent tool provided by fresh books. The UX/UI and also the clean interface makes it very clean for the team members to connect! Internal communication is so much better all thanks to fresh connect.

I personally hope fresh connect can improve and get better like fresh desk.

Project team management is what I do.I can discuss with my team mates more efficiently.I can conduct discussions based on tickets,their priority and all(on any context).As I can discuss with my team with less time,project development becomes more simpler than before.My team can express their ideas at the right time.So it saves my time a lot.
