What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and design are great. The service seems very reliable

No easy options for automation. Would appreciate more backgrounds

customers can reach out quickly from anywhere on our site. They sometimes have questions or issues and we can address very quickly. This has proven valuable to our customers, who appreciate the easy access to a real person

What do you like best about the product?
I have evaluated many live chat products, and Fresh Chat is the best! It has a easy to follow admin interface, the price is fair and I like targeting customers with certain pop up messages. Fresh Chats support is also quick and very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have a bit more data in the team performance report. Like have a agents ratings in there.Our ratings don't always seem to display after a chat though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instant responses to customers asking for things like car parking etc. We really the bot too that handles questions after business hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this product. It the best we have used so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add labels to the chats, you can assign it to a different colleague and you can have a private chat between your colleagues while having the chat so that you don't need to switch to another application
What do you dislike about the product?
what I don't like is that when you open the statistics for the labels you can't see a list of the chats that were listed under this label.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
am solving the issues with my customers and also dive them the support when ever they have any question

What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to add another communication platform to our business, besides phone support and email support and we stumbled upon Freshchat. We already noticed this before as we are a current user of Freshdesk. We requested a demo and they quickly showed us how Freshchat works. We had a lot of questions, but they were able to answer all. The tool is user-friendly too. Great design too - it is simple, clean and can easily be seen by customers.

With of without a Freshdesk account, you can definitely use Freshchat on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything as of the the moment. We like what we have seen during the demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for customer experience, especially if they wanted to talk to someone asap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nice design and lovely support staff. Great platform for talking to your customers. Highly recommended. Read different reviews online and Freshchat was one of the chat platforms that stood out the most.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is really easy to use and intuitive. The best thing about it's its integration with other apps such as Freshdesk, WordPress, etc. We use it to convert chat into tickets and our customer can easily contact us by our website and our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike is that we already paid for Freshdesk and for Freshchat and we thought that it was on the same family. So we would like to only paid Freshdesk as Freschat include with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily convert chat into tickets and upload and download screenshots for customer!

Easy to integrations with many softwares

What do you like best about the product?
The design is really user friendly and allows assistants to have a comfortable managing experience. Simple to implement and to understand its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more visually customisable.

It allows to have different support channels so clients are directed to the right assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
We had a few issues implementing their product on a react-native app but their support was so fast and so efficient, unbelievable. All the issues were only because of our implementation and our misunderstandings. Their product works really well and it looks great integrated in our business model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, for real, I have nothing to dislike about this team and product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're integrating the freshchat for customers support in our business. A small startup for micro-mobility.

Great in-app chat alternative to Intercom.io

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat provides a great way for me to communicate with my customers on my front-end marketing site, as well as directly in my web application.

Each user that has started at chat can be easily tracked to see the chat history and see how many times they've logged on, what pages they have visited which is helpful for managing communications and understanding basic account usage by that user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs an easy switch for turning off the chat in mobile (you have to edit the code).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a startup and didn't want to spend $50 per month + on intercom, so Freshchat has provided an affordable solution for me to provide chat support for my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I briefly tried both intercom and Freshchat and I actually thought Freshchat was easier and more intuitive to setup than intercom.

You can link support tickets or business deals to the chat with your colleague

It is in a separate window so you can't look at it whilst in other Fresh software i.e. freshsales

Freshdesk Must have tool for Interacting with customer!

What do you like best about the product?
I used multiple chats but only freshdesk created many engagement. It has plenty of features in free plan itself. Trigger feature in freshchat helps to target users based on the behaviors and run campaigns based on that. This helps us to unwrap lot of things user was confused and why we are loosing in funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options to customize the chat icons. This will be helpful for branding. Direct ticket handling for support raised from freshchat will be helpful instead of freshdesk integration. Bot option helps me a lot as customer can get his questions answered events if agents are not active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problem with my customers not signing up who landed from google organic search. After freshchat installation I launched a trigger campaign to know why customer not moving further in conversion. With freshchat after conversation with many customer, we learnt how we can improve the user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend you to use this without considering any other alternative. It will match beyond your expectations with more features helps in increasing the revenue.
