A smart way to communicate with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is a solution that offers nice customer engagement features for an affordable price. From the start, it’s easy to understand even without using the guides provided by the program, and we were able to set everything up the same day. I think that what makes Freshchat so unique is the ability to customize everything so perfectly to meet the customers’ needs and requests.
It’s a software that I could describe as fresh because it not only is a very limited (in a good way, offers only necessary tools to keep you on track of your customers’ doubts) program but it also offers a good bot that works during the whole day, and that automatically creates a ticket for every customer and guides them through a solution to whatever problem they’re having at the moment (and if the bot and FAQ is not enough, they will be able to talk with one of our agents). I think that Freshchat is a good way to gather feedback from clients to know which things need improvement, and it’s also good to collect and store data from customers so that I can have contact information of every one of them to make the communication experience even better and faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to look through old conversations/data, as of right now the search settings to be a little inconvenient. The program also tends to be laggy at times, but other than that, it’s great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part, Freshchat has been very beneficial to us giving us a platform to communicate with clients and customers to solve all their doubts. I love that it meets all my needs and the operations team is always working in it, and we get constant feedback that we can use to improve not only our business but also ourselves as workers. I absolutely appreciate that Freshchat has a simple design, that combines the most simple features with the most advanced ones to create something new and fresh, and that gives us the power to implement these features into our everyday duties. For us, it has improved our communication skills, and the agents take less time to answer the clients because some of their doubts can be resolved with the FAQ that can be established in the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One thing I love about Freshchat is that it offers a free trial with all features included, so you can test it and see if this is the right software for you.

Great management in the communications system
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool, which provides excellent communication and business link capabilities, through good chat capabilities where it is easy to exchange opinions, solve question and answer, project progress is much easier if we can share files, gif or images. It adapts completely to my work system, which adds a point in favor since by integrating Freshchat with my website, I have the possibility that both clients and work colleagues can interact with us, creating a perfect link, that saves us workload, we avoid duplicating the work, all messages and uestions are sent directly through a Freshchat chat window, we can also see the user's profile and know all their registration information. Integration is the best thing that can happen to us, the API allows us to perform multiple functions that bring us closer together and allows us to interact more easily with users. On the other hand, the registration of tickets is the best function you can have, in this way it is organized and it is possible to perform a quality support, serving each of the users without leaving anyone out.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the beginning it was difficult to adapt to so many configurations to be sure that the integration between software and so many tools together will work according to my work system, however, customer support helped me in each configuration in which I had some kind of problem, they made the process much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a doubt, using Freshchat in my work system has brought unimaginable benefits. In terms of communication, my entire work team thinks the same as me, we have a better exchange of opinions, agreements, business conversations and progress of tasks and projects. This allows us to remain objective for our project, always looking for excellence. One of the main reasons to use this software is:
- Improve communication between the work team, customers and business partners.
- Satisfy each of our customers, improving the quality of our products, communication so that we can always answer your questions so you are always clear about everything we offer.
With this and more, we are completely satisfied that we do our job and that we are always faithful to provide our customers with a quality product.

If you are looking for a platform that can make the perfect link to have effective communication in you office, Freshchat is just what you need. It is a simple platfomr to use, with a system that adapts easily, brings great benefits and allows you to achieve what you have always wanted, achieve professional success with just one key tool.

- Analytics features could be more developed. It would be useful to be able to develop our own reports.

Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up the chatbot, and supports are always there to help. It also integrate with our freshsales, which is the sales side of CRM making it very easy to follow up with our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The away message still needs some work, it is not allowing me to turn the chatbot on while providing the away message form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly with our customer support, we needed a chatbot to serve not only new customers but returning customers, and allow them to easily contact us through our app

What do you like best about the product?
We tested almost all available chats. No chat, except this, can give us the right balance between stability and capabilities.
Most of all we like that chat works stably, and notifications always work in mobile applications. The main thing for chat technical support is stability. Emoticons and the ability to attach files is very cool! A very rare and cool ability to embed a FAQ in a chat.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most of all we don’t like the fact that there is no notice that the visitor has closed the page. Ideally, you could add the ability to view user actions on the network, as implemented by some competitors. There is a presence icon, but in fact it does not work correctly. And we would like to see the time at which the user closed the chat page.
The next minor issue is the initial push-notification of a new message. Both in the web version and in the mobile application, it would be convenient for us to immediately receive the text of the first message in push-notification, and not the text that it was assigned to us.
Apart from these shortcomings, this chat is perfect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use chat as a technical user support. The main advantage is stability. It’s important for us to always get push notifications about new messages. If they are not, we can skip messages and this is critical.
Friendly chat software
What do you like best about the product?
It is stable and easy to use chat software that works best as Freshdesk integration. It allows us to keep our support conversational and convenient for our customers without losing the advantages of the ticketing system necessary for SaaS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection by API with Freshdesk - I can't assign automatically tickets created via chat to the agent who had the conversation - any automatization will result in assigning chat tickets to the Freshdesk account owner.
Lack of proper, full integration with Hubspot - there is no possibility to send a conversation to Hubspot as well, so my marketing & sales & services team are disconnected from our conversation with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is great! It's incredibly easy to use and allows us to run our chat windows from the mobile/web. The pop-up FAQ's are 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the notifications could be a little better on the app. I always seem to miss it when somebody emails us. I think the chatbot could use a little work too. We're going to start using it later by adding more questions, but I still think it could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving our quick-chat problem from our WeStrive website. Without this, our users would have to just email us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely check it out! The chat window and FAQ's are super easy to use. It makes it so you almost don't even need an FAQ page. The back-end is also incredibly easy to use as well. Every FAQ can be easily added and then uploaded to the FAQ page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Freshchat & Freshdesk integration. It allows me to set up communication with our customers in a way that is both customer-centric and optimised for the company's needs.
We can have friendly, humanly chats with clients to support them and convert them into tickets, so it is easier for us to escalate it to our development teams when necessary.
I can track my team's productivity with chosen metrics - median, average or 90-percentile, which provides me with better insights. Recently we upgraded, so I still have to discover the power of campaigns, but it looks promising.

What do you dislike about the product?
We loved to use giphs in the past when we used Intercom - it resonated really well with our customers. It would be great to have giph browser within chat tool.
No full Hubspot integration - as my marketing team & services (additional ones, like design) use Hubspot daily it would be great to send all conversations with customers to it (best - from Freshdesk, so we can also do it with email tickets or the ones started by feedback widget).

Customer support that might be flexible - customers on certain plans can either get in touch with us via chat within our support hours or via help widget outside them, others have access to help widget.
Portal as inbox, where they can see all their tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. FreshChat fullfils all the business demands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to support our customers 24/7 because of Freshchat. Everytime someone writes a question, we get notifications to Slack. From Slack we can easily reply or open up their mobile/web application and reply from it. We can assign people in the team to handle the support requests. The process works like a charm.
