What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is easy to use and very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshchat offers the same capabilities as its competitors. The current trends of working remotely make this a wonderful tool to maximize the strengths of my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to correspond with customers in need quicker. Our first response times have always been exceptional but this tool takes it to a whole new level.

Take care from salesman name Shaik Ali he doesn't clarify you the Product and the procedure. he uses to push in different ways to sell you that. should be thinking more and read more about the product. he is not an honest person and he put me in trouble. the point of that whats app will not allow us to use the marketing apps was totally not clarified so after we move there we come to stuck there

as of now, we start on what's app so it is helping us to assign the chat and solve the ticket this feature is not available in the normal access

support people and salesman are not recommended and be careful those marketing apps in fresh chat are not possible to use in whats app. it is not mentioned in their blogs and Shaik Ali ( the salesman ) will not clarify this to you

I Can`t really recall something that i didn`t like through my 3 years of experience with them. except for the frequent changes in the designated account manager. this might be due to the fast expansion which is good not bad.

I love having found a tool as fabulous as Freshchat, which with excellent CRM tools, as well as continuous messaging that allows us to capture exactly the potential clients to be much more precise in the people who will really stay. Bots are really the right tool to perform various functions in a much more automated way, it allow I to qualify potential customers, take question tickets and in this way distribute all the work equitably among the sales consultants. Compatibility with native reaction applications could be improved since it often gives us problems, especially when we try to implement it via WhatsApp, it is not an aspect that would make us change the option and stop using FreshChat, but it is necessary that they can always improve these small details to offer a clean service, without negativities, even so we are very satisfied with what we have obtained with this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshconnect is a Chat and communications app designed to support other freshworks apps, like freshsales and freshdesk.
Best for me is the fact that it integrates inside your freshworks domain and provides contextual communications between the apps. It has a very clean and uncluttered interface to work with, which allow a very easy process of implementation with the end user and a very short learning curve.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that contextual is not limited...or at least should not be. It happens to freshconnect that limitations render the software a less appealing offer against others in the market. Few editing tools, for my particular taste, it lacks the feature of editing or deleting comments, and it doesn't have to many options in the setting side to personalize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We arent using the app too much...so it is not solving any problem as of today.
