Freshdesk Messaging is so useful for bridging a communication mode between large community.
What do you like best about the product?
It has such an easy and dynamic interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its active, available, and unavailable options need improvement.

We are using it to communicate with riders of foodpanda.

why i love Freshdesk Messaging
What do you like best about the product?
I love it because it's easy to use and fast plus shows you everything that happens in chat like if Conversation was assigned to an agent or group plus the private note is very useful if you want to save something important in the chat like a pic order a date about the customer, private note is only visible to agents customer connect see it also that chat is counting with seconds if u didn't give it first respond thats is good if u have target also the reporting is so powerful and helpful as it shows u the number of agents and assigned chat and the aht and first respond for everyone also Canned Responses is great saves alot of time and u can also add your own plugs on smart plug it's just great i love it
What do you dislike about the product?
well sometimes it the chat time count is wrong or have delay and also not counting in seconds if u give a response from ur side , also that if u don't have chats assigned to u after a while u will be automatically inactive and any chat will be assigned to u will count as away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the private note is excellent makes it easy to tell an agent something without being visible to customer

the reports is so useful to understand what is the most common issue ur business have
the Custom View is great u can see any agent chats

Clean and professional platform
What do you like best about the product?
Freshdesk has an excellent, very intuitive and dynamic interface, it is extremely easy to use, so you will not need professional knowledge to use it, it allows you to use real-time messaging, which brings with it many excellent functions and allows you to share files, Freshchat you can configure and customize it to suit your needs, Freshdesk has notifications that notify you when someone wants to start a chat with you, it has an excellent free trial that comes with incredible features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found something that I dislike, I have really had a very good experience using this software, it has a chat from which you can answer questions continuously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat has allowed me to publish URL links in the chats, unlike other platforms, it has an excellent integration with Slack, I find it incredible that the user interface is really nice. Freshdesk Messaging allows you to be able to integrate with your website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it to be able to communicate better with your potential clients, it is an excellent platform for all types of companies.

i like many tings first the Canned Responses it's great and u can add as much u can also i can see that chat i resolved and was assigned to me or one of the agents by selecting custom veiw i also love that u can send something to more then one Conversation by selecting it

not counting in seconds within the chat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
fast handling, and it's just great, and everything is great also assigning chats to English or Arabic teams in an automatic way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
adding seconds would be great
it was a good experience but most of time the server was overloaded and it took more time to open

It went turn off if you don't use it for 15 min

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat works simple and great. It allows us to manage our customer relationships easily and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with Freshchat. Price is competitive vs. other options, and functionality, though it probably is not so complete, is good enough for most companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat allows us to attend to customers at the right moment. Mobile and email notifications work very well, and the app is fantastic.

As it's a Freshworks product, the integration with Freshdesk is one of the best. It shows the tickets already raised by the customer before to give a complete view.
The people tab is one of the good features if you want to establish conversations with users using the product live.
Setting up of custom properties is very easy and showing it in context while in a chat with customers is a very good value add.

Campaign setup might become confusing sometimes especially while linking with bots.
Though the bot features are started recently, there is so much to catch up on compared to competitors.
Searching for a conversation needs a lot of improvement. There is no option to filter by time and search. Also, the results that appear on the search bar don't have the time attached to them.

We rely on Freshchat for our customer support. It helps us respond to customers quickly and resolve them.

System is simple and easy to use. Support most of the time resolves my issues.

Lack of data and reports. Historical conversations, etc.

Sometimes some data is unavailable in the reports, I can't remember what data right now.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. We have never used Freshchat before so for a first-timer, I would say this is very user-friendly. You don't need the guidance of an expert. You can easily access the tool and make some changes. Their customer service agents are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable as well. They always make sure that you get all the assistance you need before ending the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't delete the chat conversations. You can resolve them but they stay in one folder. It would be best if there is an option to delete the conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to communicate with our customers since everything is being done live. Also, the auto-response is very helpful especially during our busy hours or outside business hours.
