great tool with stable built and easy UI
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of FreshDesk messaging is it's simple and easy to understand UI. I didn't need any onboarding process even when they have a free program. Other than that, the software is well built and it convers all the basic requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
I only had bad experience with their support team once. Other than that, all is good

Fresdesk messaging has made chatbot communication really seamless for me and my company. We get stable leads and great interaction from our website

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Freshdesk messaging is the easy of imlementation and availablity for bot flows. Then the assignment rules come in really handy and high level reporting too is easy to contemplate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Primary use cases sometimes need an advanced automation plugin to be used, and one needs to write logic there. The problem with that arises as it is not as user friends as its other native features are, and also, there is a lot of abstract logic which one needs to understand while writing logic. And this needs constant support from product experts from support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing incoming calls to the customer service team. Also, we can use bot flows to route customer chats to requires teams effectively. Able to answer frequently asked questions without agent intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete tool, it is very simple to understand and provides a super complete context of the client's profile which allows the experience team to have their work much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some integrations that cannot be done natively and we end up doing them on our own which implies an additional cost and they do not end up having the best integration. Anyway, whenever we make suggestions, they listen to us and it is seen that the technical team is constantly working and growing.

we are an insurance broker, thanks to freshdesk measseging we were able to digitize our operations, we were able to increase our service hours by more than 60% and considerably reduce waiting and response times.

It would be great if Freshdesk guys could provide with more integration options like Active Campaign as it is a SRM used by many and having a native integration with it would certainly make my life easier

FreshDesk Messaging helped me set up a stable connection between my company and our clients as well as new prospects. It is a great tool for messaging and having conversation with clients

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent tool for communication, and we are a delivery company we use it to communicate with drivers for help in case they have any problem its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we notice a delay in the messages, especially the first message, and the chat is also transferred to another agent without any reason and this affects the agents

The problem of delays in messages is still not resolved yet, but we can say that it has become less than befor. and about the problim, the chat assigned to another agent has not solved yet, but its Rarely happens

FC is the best live chat to let you communicate on spot with your customer so you can manage there requirements on time, easy to use spicialy that you have smart plug to save your time to send the greeting and the closure

Some times I sent a message and the customer unable to read it it's maybe because bad internet I don't know exactly the main reason for it
