Freshdesk has made our workflow easier
What do you like best about the product?
The automatisation app in Freshdesk is my most favourite option as it allows us to configure flows that will save me and my team time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings are not always clear and unfortunately API is a bit of a hassle to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication with both customers and partners that are possible to follow up by other colleagues as well in one general tool

Has almost everything you need if you're looking for a great messaging platform to work together on with other colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshdesk for ticketing, it really gives all the information you need and very straightforward for Canned responses as well as Freshchat very easy to reply with the customer
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is their priority type because it is not consistently following the SLA we set for ticket prioritization as well as the data report, it does not provide us the accurate info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Freshdesk Messaging for answering queries for those customers who've sent us via email, and also for outgoing emails in case we need to contact our customers for those issues raised via our Business What'sapp

Freshdesk Messaging is the best ticketing and livechat tool for companies that receive multiple emails on a daily basis because first it has the SLA policy that measures the productivity of your people who are in charge of answering tickets, proper distribution of tickets, and chats.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to be more fluid with the participation between customers, any questions they have are addressed through the use of this product, it enhances the standards and operations of rapid communication. Its interface is efficient, it has no slowdown problems or any other errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has a small problem of integration with older operating systems, it is necessary to upgrade the systems and start enjoying the services of the software.

Freshdesk Messaging enables convenient information sharing between users and clients. Negotiations are solid and protected by a secure system, it is very fluid and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the Outbound Campaign Feature of the product. Good to see Inbound Contact Center and Collaboration/Messagaing capabilities in the out of the box product

It would be helpful to have examples of usage in different verticals to get someone organized initially. The details may be there in the user guides and online help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
This software is well built and very complete, it meets all the basic requirements, its user interface is simple and easy to understand, it provides an excellent context of the client's profile which allows the experienced team to make the job much easier. You can easily access the tool and make some changes. Their customer service agents are beneficial, friendly, and knowledgeable; they always make sure you get all the assistance you need before the end of the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is limited to a couple of available options, and they are not scalable. There are no expandable criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshdesk has allowed me to completely overhaul the system, work more efficiently and respond to our customers quickly while allowing me more self-help options. Extremely useful as it provides the right and adequate tools to manage my CRM system, to keep better control over potential and regular customers, as well as to be able to assist them, attend to their requests and concerns.

I like this customer messaging software; it has a well-designed user interface. In terms of functionality, it is correct; it provides everything you need to make communication with customers more proactive. Its chatbots are perfect for optimizing customer service, getting more conversations, and retaining customers, and it is straightforward to set up.

Freshdesk Messaging is great and has really very few disadvantages associated with it from my point of view, one of them is that there are specific features that can only be accessed by getting the highest price level version.

Freshdesk Messaging provides us with innovative ways to establish contact with prospects and customers; resulting in a significant increase in conversations, customer issues resolved faster, customer outreach, improved support and business opportunities.

The best thing that I like about Freshchat is real-time analytics. As a team manager, it allows to keep a real-time view of what the agents are doing and the SLAs

You do not get comprehensive reports and analytics which can be used to improve your service offering and optimise the operations and customer experience. It only gives broad level numbers

With collaboration in Freshsales, empowers users to quickly get access to relevant customer information, collaborates with team members right where it’s needed
Highly Recommended tool for livechat operations
What do you like best about the product?
We have migrated to freshdesk from another provider and we loved the options it provides for us to customize as per our requirement, our developers was able to set this up on our website with the API in no time which is an added advantage for this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports it provides are limited and to get customized reports we need to reach their technical help which at times is very inconvenient and time consuming as well.

We are using freshdesk to reach our customers and clients via chat, we offer chat support for all our customers around the world and all of these chats are routed via freshdesk where we have setup intelleassign routing so that chats automatically get assigned to the agents who are online.

If you have customer base in millions and you are looking for a best tool to have a chat support them freshdesk will be the right option for you
