What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat helped save agent time by asking lead questions via bot flow automation, thus improving productivity. Assignment rules & Chat groups helped automation
It works, but it's confusing with several usability and interface quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly connect to a user that needs help or needs to ask a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy, quirks with parts of the agent interface jumping off screen, chats not appearing when an end user has replied(!), chat widget from within Freshdesk not loading correctly, and confusing amount of similar chatbot elements within Freshchat (Settings > Bots, Chatbots, Topics that trigger a bot flow, Freshdesk's chatbot!...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users quickly ask a question, get help there and then, and allows us to steer them onto the right track.

What do you like best about the product?
Beneficial support desk that is very knowledgeable and can fully assist with any queries raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Raising tickets and getting different responses depending on the agent dealing with the query.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and setup. Great way to communicate with your customers in a timely manner or use it as a second or third source for support. The API is also a great way to have additional benefits if you want to create your own dashboard across all the Freshworks systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has been great, but it does take some time to fix an issue if it is a complex case. The support should start with an email, and if the communication keeps going back and forth, I think a call is warranted so we can fix the issue and close the case. I do not have many things to say negatively about FreshChat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster responses to our clients via the chat. If the issue can not be resolved by chat, then we will reach out.
Freshchat great solution with a few adjustments needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a good integration when we use it with freshdesk omnichannel. The integrations with multiple channels, especially slack which really helps. And the bot functionalities really help with triage on our day to day business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have some problems with the Whatsapp Proactive messaging which is an app that doesn't have a friendly design, it would be better if it had a friendlier look. I also think that it could be easier to map some things inside the bot when we use it in the Omnichannel version, also adding an NPS or Survey through a bot when it has integration with Whatsapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us through the bot with the self-service because we have it integrated with our knowledge base and it also helps us with mapping through the bot with who customer would like to speak.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshdesk Omnichannel ticket management helps to keep track of a lot of things such as sla times, it's very nice that they report against me, I like it. this is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no negative aspects in general.

An application that works very well when talking to customers, I personally liked it.

What do you like best about the product?
multiple service channels like a Instagram, facebook and whatsapp , integration with your website is very easy, with multiple groups and agents on the platform

there is no display of the customer's position in the queue

Any problems about customer support, live chat, and chat bot , and the tool is very very intuitive

Initially, the pricing was very economical.

The tool is very slow when large volumes of chat come in. It's also buggy and lacks features that are important while handling conversations.
