What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, ease of use, 100% uptime, quick customer resolution
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Bots onboarding team has to improve their technical skills and problem-understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat has helped us improve Jumkey.com conversion rate by 0.5%
Worth mentioning more than 50% of our website conversions are happening in Freshchat with live agents. Our agents love Freshchat system.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with all major chat aps from Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp... No matter the app that is plugged in the chat offers full functionality. A chatbot can run on WhatsApp, Messenger, or a website-placed chatbot. It is fairly easy to use and create chatbot flows and transform data with functions that are supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the functionality to duplicate specific parts of the bot, actions cannot be inserted. For example, if you would like to insert one action between other actions it is not possible to do that. You need to manually change the actions so they are in the correct order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects potential orders and creates deals in the CRM. It prepares the users to submit the information they are inquiring about so the time operators spend on the chat or preparing the offer is minimized.

What do you like best about the product?
The web platform to manage tickets and everything is very good and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
The flutter integration is quite tricky and very long, especially for iOS. The native notifications of iOS are difficult to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as we run a fintech app, we want to provide real-time customer support to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add multiple channels into our Live Chat setup and then add Ticket integration with complete analytical reporting capability is a massive help to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to translate all conversations on the fly is a feature that would help agents massively, especially when there is a spike in traffic. My understanding is that this will be added in the coming months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat gives our clients an easy way to get the assistance they need instantly. Once our chatbots are developed and integrated with our knowledge base, then the client will have access to whatever they need to solve their issues or queries.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and they have a free version to use for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version doesn't let you connect to your helpdesk. You would need to duplicate your articles in the Freshdesk and in Freshchat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Grasshopper for phone calls. Grasshopper charges extra for texting capability. With Freshchat, customers can text message us without incurring an additional cost.

It's super simple and super easy to use. Their customer support is always available for help for any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional features may come difficult to set up, however it doesn't take much effor once you contact their support for help!

We are using Freshchat for a live time conversations with our clients. It is beneficial for us to keep in touch with our clients since without this they will not receive the assistance needed.
