What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use and helps us help our valued customers :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest, when the system was built for our business we were consulted to give it a personalised touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an integrated system that enables our Digital Care team to assist the customer seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The product has a clean UI and makes it easy to manage multiple conversations at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Freshchat for 2+ years now, and I am not able to think of any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat enables our customers to reach out to our team and eliminates the need to write emails. The team is able to probe more on the issue as the platform is conversational.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the chat portal looks it's not too busy and effortless to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
After ending a chat it would be nice if the system could give you some closing questions so the old conversations can be more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep the phone queue down and you can support multiply customers at times using chat

What do you like best about the product?
It solves most of our channel integration issues. We integrate at the moment: email, telephone, chat from website and whatsapp. We even managed to integrate a local telephone provider for lower phone rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is an omnichannel tool you get all the features with a better organization of the functions on the separate tools for each channel (e.g. Freshcaller).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real-time chatting with the customers, dispute handling, email and WhatsApp integrations

The thing which I disliked about freshchat is their IAM and billing system

I like the ability to customize and see the changes published immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bots are helpful for deflection, but the functionality and user interface are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to scale the business more efficiently by increasing agent effectiveness. Customers benefit with quicker access to a live agent and the ability to access self-service features. Chat is an essential tool for improving the customer and agent experience.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Freshchat is its omnichannel support, allowing businesses to engage with their customers across various channels such as website chat and its ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Freshchat provides reporting and analytics features, they are quite limited. It would be great to have more in depth reporting. For e.g comprehensive reporting on Whatsapp Proactive Messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Freshchat consolidates communication channels into a single platform, hence handling customer inquiries from various sources becomes easier and enables efficient customer interactions.
2. It also incorporates automation capabilities, like chatbots. By leveraging chatbots, we can automate responses to common queries, reducing response times and providing instant support. This automation streamlines the support process, allowing agents to focus on more complex customer queries, ultimately improving efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is versatile and efficient, it allows integrating chatbots with queries via external APIs that we have integrated directly with our knowledge base to provide the most appropriate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the support provided by the developers is quite minimal, honestly, it's somewhat frustrating to solve certain things or issues that are more than just a simple question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our main support channel within the company, we have also integrated it with Freshdesk, and we are very happy with the complete integration of the Freshworks suite.

Bot flows and simple intregrations with different software.
Able to set up FAQs
Mobile UI on user side is good.
Like the freedom it gives to customise

Improve your support quality and train your executive better in terms of product knowledge otherwise it difficult to explain or understand clients issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping user to raise more chats quicker and helping decreasing the overall resolution time under 30 minutes

User are able to talk to two different team at sams time
