What do you like best about the product?
Most easy and friendly interface even get more option to check the analytics of the agent and track all the records of agents and customer interaction of chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no negative point of the freshchat as it allows you to track all the possibility interaction with the customer and agents performance but have to make more smooth as sometime it keeps lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to interact with customers with one click and easy to reply with the / command so we can easily response to customer in the timely manner being on the multiple chats.

What do you like best about the product?
API to whatsapps make more traffic, and we can count everything with freshchat.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited channel to connect to freshchat, we have marketplace chat but cannot connect,
please to add this feature :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can count everything start with time,quantity,quality and interaction detail

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in robot and the simplicity of handling and connecting with the customer's requests as this tool help us to reach the partners immediately using their WhatsApp number
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with this tool is the closing of the conversation after 24 hours which cause an issue for us to contact the partner after this period, and the integration of the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, the live chat that is happening between us and the customer helped us to discuss everything without waiting for their responses via Email that mostly takes more than 24 hours

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is very user-friendly. I especially love that we can create canned messages, which saves a lot of time.

Everything is great! Keep up the great work!

There is structure when assisting the patient's in a timely manner, and we are able to provide wonderful customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up with different channels, and convert chats into tickets in Fresdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are clunky, have not had much luck with BigCommerce.

It is the fastest way for a customer to ask a question and for us to give an answer so it helps to streamline our processes.

You can see all of the chats that are coming in and can add private notes for the other team members to check.

Everything is all good and the tool is providing us the necessary features that we need to support customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool for customer interactions. They also have a 24/7 support. You can also share new feature requirements with them to customize or ease your experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far - the best CRM I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect with customers directly. Customer chat through our app which is directly linked with Freshchat.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Freshchat is superb. There's no comparison to the user friendly interface! Ias someone who has worked in live chat for several years, Freshchat is one of the platforms that I give a mostly positive score to.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Freshchat is that the notifications are spotty, at best. I won't always receive a ding when a new message comes in, which is a pain when I'm working on several projects at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing fast, efficient customer support to our wide variety of clients. It's helping resolve issues faster and taking some of the weight off of our email support team.

Nothing to be honest, when the system was built for our business we were consulted to give it a personalised touch.

The product has a clean UI and makes it easy to manage multiple conversations at once.

I have been using Freshchat for 2+ years now, and I am not able to think of any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat enables our customers to reach out to our team and eliminates the need to write emails. The team is able to probe more on the issue as the platform is conversational.
