Freshchat is easier to use and navigate, it simplifies our job
What do you like best about the product?
Fresh chat is easy to acces and use it helps get connect in easier way . its is also a platforme to get connected made sharing easy .its is also good for keeping chat recordes
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times there will be delay in time for showing the assined chats or converstation as this results in poor reply time it will be good if it gets fixed going further

Best platfirm to assist customer queries and concerns, quick resolution of queries and complaints, instant response to user queries and tat based resolution ...

In my view, one of the especially beneficial when it comes to interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is used in many organizations where I have worked, and it is a really efficient way to use the feature because it is convenient, simple to use, and highly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Such problems don't exist in my opinion, and it really does reduce the amount of effort. In that situation, the Intelliassign is the best alternative because it is the best option in terms of work, as I will discuss below.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, it is one of the best option one organization could have, I personally prefer the Intelli Assign the best option, in my organization we used to sufer to reach out FRT but as per using the IntelliAssign is my personal favorite.

The assignment feature could be better. Sometimes the executives dont receive the chat, even if its closed.

Additional Filters could have been included, in order to select the resolved count and allocated count for easy sorting and this definitely helps in fetching the data as required

The real time chat assistance given by freshchat is simply superb and the interface is very simple to understand which makes it very dependable.

There is nothing I dislike in freshchat however I feel freshchat needs to implement the option to delete the test sent to customer by error. It can be taken as feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
With Freshchat it tends to not respond to users message immediately when sent. After users send their message and leave on returning to the chat it disappears and they are requested to type another message all over making it difficult and annoying for users.

Fresh chat helps in ease of communication with the users and helps to keep up with the issues customers have with our products.
