Freshchat works well and is intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Things I like about Freshchat:
Not too many columns and features to memorize to be able to use it.
Integration to Freshdesk to create additional tickets.
Customers cannot see when the agents are typing
Separations between my canned answers and company canned answers
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system is not as smooth as I want, especially if I'm not on the page/tab.
There are no options for agents to edit, recall or delete a sent message, even if we've made a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer success team needed a platform for our customers to live chat with a CS agent.

Since we already use Freshdesk.com for our customer ticketing system, Freshchat works well for us since we can escalate issues or follow up afterwards.

Excellent tool, it helps me a lot in my day to day, facilitating the processes.

Conversations sometimes don't update.

What do you like best about the product?
Being smooth and helpful- easy to use and the most perfect thing is the customer service live chat that helps me with any questions I have

Sometimeset with some difficulty to creat an matrics to check my view or creat an analysis

It solves many difficulties that how can i cotact with our customers and make me able to check all the customer history compering to other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I really loved the smoothness of the tool, there very comparitevly very minimal lagging may be because of network

Everything is good about freshchat, loved the experinece

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to configure and the application proved to be very simple to use.
Freshdesk proved to be very robust in several ticket creation situations, chat interactions and automations
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many versions of the tool for each type of product and it is difficult to know which version of the product we are and what we are missing in other versions.

We miss easier integration and customization between Freshdesk and Freshsales. Some limitations did not create separate applications

The little flexibility of the number of fields in custom modules also made us pivot some solutions already implemented in Freshsales due to the growth of some business rules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for didn't have a customer service area set up for scaling and that's why freshworks served us well. It also resolved our customer management for the commercial team, who can now see our customer base in the palm of their hand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access and back date queries and manage backlog. The fact that it refreshes so quickly and updates equally as fast. Also the ability to input canned responses for the ease of assisting more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite pleased with the current updates on it I have no real issues on my side. Freshchat is constantly updated making it easier for users like myself to navigate access and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues such as record keeping and that benefits us because we are able to go back and assist a customer who came in a while ago and needs feedback on a query.

Very good product for management insights!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful for me is the analytics panel to monitor our team's performance. The second thing I like the most is the customer support. The most recent CS interaction was to help set up our chat bot-- they spent two sessions despite us being a smaller account.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Freshchat for years, and we love the product. However, I wish they would've been more persistent to upgrade us to the newer plan... we were on the legacy plan for 2 years before we realised which made us lose out on some helpful new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat helps us solve all of our support necessisties. Aside from the whole recent Twitter debacle with 3rd party APIs, it's been a great omnichannel communincation platform.
