User friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty user friendly. Everything right on your finger tips

Would like more reporting features! I would like to see it a bit more interactive or complex.

Sales cycle, monitoring the pipeline etc

What do you like best about the product?
Filters and other features lessen the time and efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
some field like email cannot fully viewed that if does it may help a lot distinguished prospected client because of email domain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenges Freshsale resolve are keeping our leads/clients information, also all the transaction and activity may help to know more about how we close this deal or how it goes on that may improve our client relationship and transaction in the future.

I really love how you can easily group different clients to strategically contact specific segments of your customer base. Creates a lot of efficiency in my day to day
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there will be some weird laggy stuff that happens. Not a huge deal though, normally if I log in and log back out, it goes away

Freshsales is making segmenting my customer base really easy. I'm making more reveneue for the company because of my smart views

We are using freshsales to maintain a detailed pipeline of clientele interested in acquiring homeowners insurance.

I like the fact that I cant automate sending emails with triggers. I enjoy the fact that the leads get auto populated witht heir social info and more information

No gmail integration / extensions. Have to use gmail and freshsales, not useful to just use freshsales still need both

Having deployed several CRM systems over the last 20 years, i am well versed in seeing usage fall off a cliff very quickly, when a CRM is more difficult than folders and outlook particularly in the Recruitment world...
Freshsales though and all the other freshworks really are a breath of fresh air, intuitive easy to use, and fantastic support...
I am now moving over to Freshworks as much as I can, they tick the box on every level👍

Nothing, I am happily relieved after many years of paying for clunky CRM solutions...

The calling feature of course and the way it can be organized into separate items like All Leads, Pending Leads, etc

The leads may get jumbled up and the browser cache has to be cleared. My colleague would have a different order of leads(unorganized) from mine.

Getting in touch with prospective clients are helping us very much being a SaaS company.

What do you like best about the product?
The way we can sort the data, the kind of user interphase is there, it is very easy to use. Talking about the speed of the app, it is super speedy even on the app to increase the performance of the user. A Must recommended CRM for all the company who uses CRM for sales procedure.

Nothing as of now, the only change that is required is the little change of drop-down menu on the left corner. it should be on the right side for better usage.

Talking about sales and sales requirement, Fresh sales solves it all.
