Great alternative to the competition.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it will continually record sessions without the requirement to start recording. It also records every visitor, not just samples. We use it as a tech support tool as much as a marketing insight tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. May modify in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers having different experiences on our site depending on OS and browser. We are able to see there session and resolve issues. Additionally we are seeing what parts of our page are being used.

we use Freshsales to keep track of contacts and leads. The automated lead scoring system and task assignment functions became my favourite by far
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use the VoIP function on my Andriod phone was disappointing. This may have been rectified via an update by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency gained by simply being able to see a lead score has helped to make sure everyone on the team knows exactly who to call and when.

Easy to understand and easy to train agents to use effectively

The UI is beautiful, highly customizable to adapt to each business nature and processes. User friendly, several leads capture and tracking thanks to the libraries for web pages and mobile applications,

Doesn't has an in built inventory module.

Managing business opportunities, capturing leads, possible deals and provide a whole service lifecycle.

Explore other Freshworks solution as well.
I use it at work and it helps me keep updated with calls to my everyday contacts!

Where I can keep track of all calls I have made with my customer and what the last conversation was about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to make it remind me when to call back if and when the customer wants me to call her/him back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More exact sales and more products to be sold when the customer asks me about a product and I write it in my note. I can have relay that to my manager and he will bring it in. This way we have the product next time I call on this customer.

I do recommend this for any company keeping trail of their customer , client contacts.

- It has an integrated phone number that you can activate so you can log and record your calls directly to the CRM platform

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could manage the system scores for leads qualifications (like when a lead interacts with your mails it adds points when it might be a cold lead).Also, Support help could respond a little faster when having problems (we were almost a week with a problem and the answers we got from them were every two days when it was something urgent)

When we first started prospecting, we found out it was very difficult to score leads in most of the CRMs. With Freshsales, all of that pain went away! The lead scoring feature is just awesome. You can customize it to your own preference, and define when a lead is cold/warm/hot, and this is just great

If you are willing to prospect, this is a must-have, all-in-one CRM with a really affordable plan and features.

Easy to use but with professional features like email sync and task automation. Perfect for a small team who has to manage hundred of customers.

Managing a large customer base on a day-to-day basis is challenging for a small company like ours. Freshsales reduced the effort spent on each lead and contact, helping us to close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Kanban function with deals and being able to filter deals/customers or leads accordingly. The fact that companies/contacts/leads and separated but yet shows the relationships between all parties. Online Support for Fresh Sales is great as you can receive instant answers to any questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dashboard available on the Garden plan. Having issues linking customers between freshsales and freshdesk. Training needs a bit more attention concerning the content that is covered during webinars and doing the actual test. If training is more interactive in webinars, handling actual situations posed by likewise questions in a test. Resellers will benefit by the means of understanding the product at a deeper level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documentation linked to a deal or customer. Keeping admin aligned with customers. Having tasks, appointments and notes available immediately on a deal or contact. Having support tickets linked to a customer so you will always be prepared when visiting a customer.

When i need to pull report on appointment (trip reports), then the system include emails. This provides an inaccurate measure of actual trip reports.
