Intuitive software, already increasing my conversion rate
What do you like best about the product?
The Session Replay functionality has been really helpful to catch hesitation points and to pin point user flow. FM has recently updated the search function in the session replay and its been very useful. With the form analytics tool I've been able to pinpoint questions where users are dropping off and causing confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is pricey month to month, but you can get a better deal when you sign up for an annual plan. Some of the analytics reports could be rethought to show a better visual interpretation of the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've increased conversion rates and recognized UX changes that need to be made in the websites I'm managing.

Gives very good customer behavior insights to understand conversions
What do you like best about the product?
It's a complete CRO tool. We could understand our visitors’ behavior using the analytics tools of Freshmarketer, especially Heatmaps and Session Replay. We could formulate some hypothesis on why conversion was low on certain pages and we could test the same by running a quick A/B testing experiment. The best part was everything was done in one single tool. No juggling between various tools.
The team behind Freshmarketer is a highly motivated and customer-centric folks. They delivered a feature like “track using dynamic selectors” in a very short span of time when no competitors in the market had such feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. May modify in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the visitors’ behavior using “on-page heat-maps” and “track using dynamic selectors” really helped us. Our website had a huge traffic and using Freshmarketer had zero-impact in the performance. The dashboards and reports were quite intuitive for us. We really had a huge uptick in the conversion rates after optimizing our website based on Freshmarketer’s insights.
My first impression using Freshsales
What do you like best about the product?
We are an early stage start up. It took minutes for me to sign up and on-board. They do have some very cool features such as email and phone integration. i was also pleasantly surprised when it enriched my prospect information by automatically populating publicly available data
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i havent experienced anything negative to write about. There will always be scope for improvement in any product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use first sales as a CRM application. Its too early to comment. Ease of onboarding and usage are the benefits i have realized so far.

Its easy to sign and up. they offer a free plan for early stage start ups to get started, store all their leads

Converting leads to contact is a bit cumbersome with many additional steps.

You won't go wrong with using FreshSales as your goto CRM! Everything you might need as a growing company is available!

The pipeline and task feature keeps me on track. I make sure once a client is on my pipeline there is always a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales has been great so far. Though I do wish there was a way to better control the rankings of a lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and everything is recorded. Without it I'd of been drowning in a mountain of paper noted and poorly organised emails. Without a doubt I'd of lost customers without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I cant be logged in on multiple devices. Being able to have my ipad and laptop logged in at the same time would be really handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the setup of free trials for a new product. Without it processing the quantity of customers would have been impossible.

A requirement when taking on a high quantity of customers.

All the features are very good and have helped my team to manage the leads efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but there should be an option of bulk delete or bulk transfer to other pipelines. Apart from this if something comes up, I will surely let the freshsales team know about it.

All our leads are managed on freshsales currently. We keep a track of all our customers through Freshsales right from the start until they are converted or lost. A very Useful and efficient product :)
