What do you like best about the product?
1.The Best part in freshsales is UI. UI is very much simple and easy to understand.
We can easily workaround with UI
2.Also relationships with Objects is quite much similar.
3.Filter process is good. and also able to add custom views.

1.Freshsales Should provide more UI integrations with other Applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was dealing with Contacts and Leads. My main concerns was to push contacts as well as leads from other system to freshsales.
The best features are like handling filters and views.

All the features are user friendly. The best part is maximum options can be answered by selecting the drop down.

I have started using the Fresh Sales to pull out my Daily sales and transactions and found it was really cool to drill down my daily follow ups,calls and status update.

Was looking for a Indian Toll free number or can we map our own sales number for follow ups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM Tool implementation has been addressed. Earlier we are using Sugar CRM on our AWS cloud set up and it was too old with no major integrations and the UI was very pretty much boring.

Best sales crm tool i have found. Moved from pipedrive across to freshsales because of voip integration and built in workflows for automations and pipeline management.

What do you dislike about the product?
No sms yet. Would be nice to have this communication channel added. Would also like to purchase australian mobile numbers.
I use lots of other marketing automation software that has integrations with activecampaign that I am using with some workflows now. It would make life so much easier if all these products integrated with Freshsales directly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating marketing leads from sales leads is great, forcing me to convert them manually to a deal helps maintain a clean CRM of both data sets.
Custom Fields and integrations via Zapier are very helpful to build intelligent automated workflows
Integrating with other Freshworks products (freshmarketer and freshchat) to take advantage of a deeper stack with freshworks is something I'm testing now.
Has become my default recommendation.

Best tools for product
What do you like best about the product?
I use Freshmarketer not long time ago and use some experiment especially for session reply, because i want to know what exactly people interact after we realease our product to customer, the best part in session replay is not only record what spesific URL i need, but FReshmarketer are record it until user session drop, i think that useful feature since we can realy know what makes user frustrated so we can focus on the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is in the user management there's no Admin who can set visitor limit for each invited account login, because we use freshmarketer for across team in the company, so without that control people tend to use limit as much as possible.
We experienced our visitors reach the limit and MUST upgrade to use it again, because in the funnel analysis we can't set how much visitor/session we will record, when we forget to pause it, than boom your limit just fly away and you can't get it back.

We find it useful since their session replay can record until session drop no matter the page people go, like if user internet connections is poor then a page fail to load the error page that we create is unnecessary.
Responsive Customer Support and Great System
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of customization and the way that the team at Freshsales is always available for a phone call with any tech issues. The pipeline flow is really clear, and the prompts to set a task for each deal keep us on the same page as a team and encourage us to move the deal forward.
They continue to add more features, which has been great for us as we continue to get more functionality for the same price.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only challenge that we've faced is that we sometimes have redundant fields that show up on the display, and some glitches with the Quickbooks integration. We'd also love more of a colour cue when a deal is stalled in a certain stage.
Some other things that we needed weren't built in (we sell products and services) but we were able to make a work arounds in the program so for the most part, it does everything that we need.

Freshsales has really helped us to improve our communication as a sales team and to track the emails and information that we send to the client. It's a great product for our small business, and it looks like it will be really strong for us as we scale.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, has all the functionality we were looking for and not a lot of clutter or unnecessary features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike I have is that not all my emails are automatically picked up.

A good CRM that allows us to track sales throughout the process easily and maintain consistent communication without convoluted notifications. Very straight forward program.

For example, their heat maps are dynamic and track elements that you can interact with such as navigation and accordions in a way that I haven't seen anyone else do. Also, the heat maps are built into the a/b tests (awesome!).
Second, their support team is super responsive and takes our input to inform their roadmap. So in areas where they don't quite yet nail it, I'm confident that they'll hear us and make the necessary updates.

The system doesn't store old heat maps. Meaning, when the page changes, the old screenshot is lost since it's updated to reflect the new page. I'd like a way to store the old heat maps for comparison. Right now, I just have to remember to download them before making any changes.

We are now running all of our A/B testing through Freshmarketer. We get a lot of visitor insights through the polling. And see how visitors interact with our pages with the heat maps.
