Great help with sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the control of leads, as well as the integration with the email, that makes me be more agile

I do not like the crashes, bugs and dalys that happens eventually

What do you like best about the product?
I love how sales and support can track opens and clicks of emails. That gives us insight into how best to follow-up with customers. I also love the interface - how everything's so simple and clear instead of complex and confusing - this is great for our sales and support team that can't spare too much time getting info everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The tool has everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's neat to have a place to store info about leads - a complete picture with LinkedIn and Facebook info. Helps when making important calls and aids conversion and retention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do the trial. You'll see benefits for yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
We love working with freshsales. We like the features, the user friendliness and the look and feel. Its customizable and very easy to work in. The pipeline flow is really clear, and the prompts to set a task for each deal keep us on the same page as a team and encourage us to move the deal forward

There are just a view settings which can use some improvement but nothing major

The decision for Freshsales has fallen very quickly after a short test phase. The training in the CRM was very short, the applications on the phone are very stable and the customer care is a pleasure.
Above all, we value the Android app to record every customer call in the CRM and edit it immediately.

My experience of Freshsales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and simple navigation stand out the most. Not to date myself, but I was an early Telemagic user back in the dos days... a goldmine reseller and an MS Dynamics user, as well as SalseForce. At FreshSales, what is unique is how you pull yourself through a record and process with their unique slider technology that draws you to the next field. If you don't need all the bells and whistles of SalesForce and want something robust for the price, Freshsales is the way to go. Their service and support is responsive and second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay to move to the next field. This is because of the speed of the internet. I would also like to see better navigation when jumping between tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple campaigns, easy customization, quick search and a friendly, simple interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and very user friendly. I was quickly setup and could start managing leads, contacts and deals. For a startup company like ours Freshsales really helped us with an easy solution. I see a lot of options that can come in handy as our business grows.ddd

It would have been nice to have some reporting on the free version as well.
