Amazed
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an amazing experience using FreshSales. Everything I learned regarding outbound sales and lead generation was executable in Fresh Sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are numerous additions I would suggest, but would not classify it as "Do not like". I am sure the company will get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track how our sales leads are responding to our email campaigns, and the tracking thereof is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cheap, reliable and continuously implementing new features and functions. Excited to see what will be added to my plan in the near future!

The support from the FreshSales guys was amazing, really appreciate it.

Still many things to add, but yet very good still.

What do you like best about the product?
Visually seeing my leads and plan my week. Being able to see all of my leads in one space is a big benefit as i can see what stage each lead is at and plan my week accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! A few website UI bugs. But they have all been ironed out now. There were a few issues whilst setting the website up but they have all been resolved now and everything is running smoothly now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More effective time management, visually seeing what stage my leads are at, who I have contacted etc is a time saving tool especially with the automatic new lead assignment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start using it as soon as you can to build up a database of your leads. The sooner you do it, the more data you have to use.

Freshsales combined with other products such as Freshdesk have greatly contributed to improve our work flow and help us keep our focus on the customer.

I don't think of anything right negative now

Of all the CRM's I've tried, Freshsales is the closest I've seen to the robust features of Salesforce, without the price tag and implementation efforts of SFDC.
I love that it has a great leads to opportunities process and great built in fields.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize some of the custom field names so it can work better with my Segment integration. Certain names in custom fields are not editable therefore segment doesnt sync the data I need. But I've been told that this is getting changed soon

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking 500+ new sign ups per month gets tough. I had trouble finding a CRM that separated Leads from Opportunities and allowed me to track them separately but also convert them in the way I needed. Pipedrive and Base just didnt cut it.

If you are looking for something like Salesforce without having to break the bank, this is what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The engineering and product development team behind freshsales have developed a unique interface that is extremely easy to use and their design is stellar. That helped me choose them over so many CRMs out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the service a lot. One of the things I find a bit confusing is how the lead score is calculated. I would prefer a system that is more straightforward.

Mainly an efficient way to organize my customers and leads.

I can send emails directly from the system. No multiple step process necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of Use of The CRM. Very easy to get it up and running and complete all your deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more integration. Needs to grow the amount of third party services that the CRM integrates with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our primary CRM, we never lose a deal anymore. It is easy to see what is happening on each deal, and be able to follow up at our clients convenience. It took us a long time to decide on a CRM, but we found a winner with Freshsales!
