Freshsales for a Fresh Sales Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I love having all information centrally located in one application. Saves a ton of time and really helps to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am in the Appointments and Tasks area the dropdown for the timezone won't default to my local timezone so I have to reset that every time I go into that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was just at a beginning stage of my business where I wanted to really start doing some heavy marketing of our product. Before Freshsales it was cumbersome dealing with information that was disjointed, contacts, leads, reminders, notes, calendar events, sending out mailings and in general just trying to track everything that is going on in the midst of trying to get a sale.

All you need to run sales
What do you like best about the product?
the intuitive UI helps you get started it is an easily affordable tool. The mobile app is pretty decent
What do you dislike about the product?
Need integration to freshdesk strage it is not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management sharing contacts are easy

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales won us over with their great customer support and the ability to customize the interface to suit our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some options we could use without. If we could customize our interface even further by removing those items, that would be great. Their mobile app is not as customizable as their web interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for more automated ways to aggregate our contact info. FreshSales met the goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the support team that is available. They are very responsive.
Freshsales / Freshworks is best!
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Fresh sales, Freshdesk, Freshchat (for 2 different businesses). Fresh sales is the most intuitive and feature rich platform in its price range or even above its price range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havn't found anything yet! Every time I have found a dislike, their support is extremely fast to either help me find a work around or provide a solution!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our internal CRM problem. We could never really iron out a great way to keep track of our customers and quotes and leads. Freshsales (after trying a ton of other crms) really just clicked with everyone at our company!

Start using freshsales as fast as you can. They are coming out with powerful new features every single day!

What do you like best about the product?
It is cost effective, and incredibly simple to use. I can train people on it in under an hour and that is really really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
They support is a little lacking, and I have been charged by accident a few times. They refunded each time, but slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call prospects and track the results. Yuge.

Very flexible CRM integrating leads, email and phone followup
What do you like best about the product?
Cost-effective platform with excellent smartphone integration. The company seems to be very focussed on continuous improvement, as well. They also were very helpful integrating an external source of new business leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sell to individuals and some small businesses, while the freshsales template assumes business to business selling. Like any new system, there is a learning curve. I needed to a bit more work to match my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an easy way to track all communication with a large number of potential clients with minimum effort. Every call with a prospect automatically offers a log after the call - easy!

What do you like best about the product?
We do Business Consulting and my sales team can easily see where the status of the new client is on approvals and underwriting. Excellent work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing as to capture all the information if its set up in Leads, deals or customer. We decided to use the customer tab to input all information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have other business consultants use freshsales to update our business lending apps as well as send it under lending which will notify or Business underwriters.

This platform will grow with your company and will streamline a process that is seamless from your consultants to your customer.
Amazing Service
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is! And not nearly as overwhelming as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints. I am still getting used to everything but it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a system of qualified leads and then accounts is where we are at right now, just trying to get everything off the ground and running. Benefits though include allowing our whole team to be updated on an account so there's no question as to where they are in the pipeline or once they're completely setup!

The way the leads can be converted to deals. The deals are eays to set up in different pipelines and sales activities.

the impossibility to convert deal probabililties in deal values

Best customer service experience
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which these guys respond is incredible. This is more important than having brilliant software with no support, The system works well, is fast and is my best friend during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system would be nice if it had a start up dashboard with some key data in it, such as current tasks and appts, latest leads. Would be nice if you could choose what you see on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is about selling services to people, so the CRM helos us manage the data, set tasks, reminders, nots and appointments. I dont know how we would do it as efficiently without Freshsales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing tool at the price. Easy to use yet like anything, needs a bit of time to feel your way around it and how best to use it. For example when do you convert a Lead to a Contact. After much testing, a lead remains a lead until there is potential for a sale, until then it remains a lead.
