Very fast up and running - totally easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
You can set up Frehsales really easy and fast so your team can start working with it in a short time.
A lot of things can be configured and intergrated with 3rd party applications to build up a holistic 360 degree customer view

What do you dislike about the product?
We would need more capabilities for contracting and handling various position per entity. The UI should be more flexible (e. g. place fields there where you need them)

Easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it was to customize fields within the CRM itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to assign a single contact to multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it streamlines all of my contacts, it also allows me to easily set up tasks on clients we need to follow-up with. It's great for our sales email pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't really say we've encountered anything we dislike just as yet. Maybe we would say that make it easier to remove certain emails from coming into our inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development, brand partnerships and client outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to have infinite customization options, easy to use interface, phenomenal product support, ability to have visibility to the pipeline, great depth of record-keeping options, excellent automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing lacking at this point is the ability to integrate more consistently with other applications although this seems to be coming along nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to activities at accounts and prospects, collaborating with your internal team and information sharing, keeping a history of records, automating tasks and reminders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Completely worth the minimal investment. Lots of new features being added but great as is. Having looked at 10 other CRM systems and been a past user of both Salesforce and Microsoft, Freshsales was the clear winner. Amazing support both online and otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
How responsive Fresh Sales Customer Support team is. How easy the Freshsales and works platform is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I wasn't aware of Freshsales existence before I wasted 3 years with another CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Welding stronger internal connections and the cross functionality with other departments - this crm makes internal data sharing so much simpler.

I like its ease of use,mobile App & Ease of importing data from previous CRM

Gmail Sync is abit limited,Also the fields should be abit simpler

Actually Fun To Use!
What do you like best about the product?
This system actually is fun to use, you can quickly have multiple campaigns going in unison. Tracking what and how other employees or divisions are interacting with clients is simply done. Best of all, the speed in which you can make a comprehensive reports is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn’t use the word dislike with any part of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a sort of “blockchain” for leads, because like data, leads are a continually growing list of records. Freshsales certainly keeps those precious leads safe in terms of helping managers assure employees are interacting with clients in the firms desired fashion.
Better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how simple it is to filter or add information to a contact.I previously used Salesforce and always felt like I was spending so much time just to add or find simple information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like the email limit. I need to be able to send more emails for certain campaigns. I also wish I was able to metrics overtime of clicks/opens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay organized and in contact with our leads/contacts.
