A positive impact with Freshsales to make our sales fast
What do you like best about the product?
It is very nice to let you know that Freshsales has been very helpful since it allows us to optimally make sales, negotiations and interactions between customers and our company, it has been very useful because through it we have updated with the organization of This company, its characteristics are good, very light and that makes it fast when you drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that we dislike about this software but there is something that requires improvement and its interface is very simple, another is that they try to improve the configurations of the alarms or can configure them by oneself, it does not allow to export information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we feel happy because it is progressively improving the processes of our company with the help of this software, freshsales has contributed a lot in terms of sales

What do you like best about the product?
It is very reliable to have Freshsales because it optimally performs our sales, it helps us to fill our processes with great precision and that makes us very happy because through this software we have advanced and we reflect a correct projection, our negotiations are precise where we facilitates a secure sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things that we dislike this software, one of things that should improve is its interface to make it more pleasant for the administrator, we have analyzed this product and lacks many functions and features and should choose to improve each day more, to that is more attractive to acquire it, they must find a way to download the plans so that it is more feasible to acquire it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many things that are contributing this software so that we can progress as a company, one of them the quick way to make sales, its functions make us optimize each process of our company.

It is very important to have this software since it optimally improves our negotiations and customer / company interactions, it is easy to use, it gives us the way to make sales fast and effective, it is profitable to acquire this program because its interface is nice, it is very balanced in the way it does processes, it is light and reliable

We see many flaws in their characteristics, the interface should improve it, your reports should add more information to be more complete, it does not allow us to configure the alarms to our accommodation. They should do an update or add more functions to make the service optimal.

Was able to find the events where the drop used to occur.

heat maps were a major input ,which helped us redesign our applications to enable increased user engagement and time spent on our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best it keeps record of all communication whether it be email, text, voicemail. I like the templates for emails and the statistics. It is easy to use and understand
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like other than I cannot really program it very well. I look at that stuff and freaks me out. the support is on the other side of the world so we never can get a decent appointment time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me organized as if I was a real business. I know what stage everyone is at and who I need to follow up with or the last time we contacted.

Once it is set up... it is the best thing since sliced bread!!

I like how simple the interface is with Freshmarketer and also how easy it is to get the reporting that I need from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have had a great experience using it over the last 2 months

We are using it to track the effectiveness of several self-service processes with our customers. We have been able to see the impact of specific messaging and also what we may want to change.
