Not so great software
What do you like best about the product?
the UI looks good and neat reports, user level control is good
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use it with manager and execs on the same platform, the execs will be able to see all the emails of managers on team inbox, which is really bad we realised it after using this for 6 months, ever since then we are asking them to resolve the same bit it has been 4 months and they are still not able to solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
captures lead data from website form, lets you use territory access and auto lead assignment works well with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please check with the email feature as a manager you don't want all the team to see what emails you send to their colleagues or outside world.
Also there's no provision like deal rotting in pipedrive CRM, you will never know when your sales team is on low productivity, even though it generates reports automatically, you cane make sense out of them for real business even though they look fancy.

Very rewarding to have Freshsales for our fast and safe sales
What do you like best about the product?
We are convinced that acquiring this product is of great help for this company, has drastically increased sales in an efficient and timely manner, is easy to use for our operators or software administrator, you have functions that are truly necessary for these processes, its characteristics are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
there are very few shortcomings or weaknesses that this software has, one of those weaknesses is that its reports are incomplete, they must be improved, the interface is very basic, it does not allow us to export information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
he practically helped us a lot because it allows us to organize our sales and thus allow us to have a better control of the pending activities.

A Breath of Fresh Air Compared to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The price, breadth of functions, and the clear pricing model that doesn't penalize us for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the entire sales ecosystem doesn't yet make integration a breeze. Many other tools just build in Salesforce integration as a default button-click, for some products, we have to use Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been looking for a CRM that will scale with us predictably, with functionality that doesn't require extra button clicks and plugins.
Thanks to this, I know exactly what the pricing will be as we add more users. Plus I've been able to avoid having to buy Sales Automation tools because the functionality is built in.

It is very nice to let you know that Freshsales has been very helpful since it allows us to optimally make sales, negotiations and interactions between customers and our company, it has been very useful because through it we have updated with the organization of This company, its characteristics are good, very light and that makes it fast when you drive.

There are few things that we dislike about this software but there is something that requires improvement and its interface is very simple, another is that they try to improve the configurations of the alarms or can configure them by oneself, it does not allow to export information

We see many flaws in their characteristics, the interface should improve it, your reports should add more information to be more complete, it does not allow us to configure the alarms to our accommodation. They should do an update or add more functions to make the service optimal.

Great CRM BTW
What do you like best about the product?
I like best it keeps record of all communication whether it be email, text, voicemail. I like the templates for emails and the statistics. It is easy to use and understand
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like other than I cannot really program it very well. I look at that stuff and freaks me out. the support is on the other side of the world so we never can get a decent appointment time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep me organized as if I was a real business. I know what stage everyone is at and who I need to follow up with or the last time we contacted.

Once it is set up... it is the best thing since sliced bread!!
