Freshsales greatly increases our sales force
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is an excellent and very attractive crm due to the fact that it allows us to analyze the attention that is given to the client, and because it allows us to manage the internal sales system. It is very good to manage marketing campaigns, and to review the performance metrics of each client online. Your email marketing application is very good, just like your live chat tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that has bothered us from the beginning with freshsales is how complicated it is to distribute to our potential clients, because their segmentation tool is a bit limiting, and you can not do a good follow-up of interactions. Your ability to import large databases from Microsoft excel is quite limited. It does not allow tracking expenses and influences of customers for banking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to freshsales our sales automation campaigns are more successful than ever. It has been excellent for marketing by email, and for sales management in the field. It has also been very good to keep a good control of answers by email.

We highly recommend using freshsales when dealing with sales funnels, since this management is very fast and organized. We highly recommend its use to keep us properly communicated with each client, and to conduct marketing campaigns by email. It is excellent for analyzing customer service.

Freshsales will improve your sales intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The freshsales task execution system is excellent, very easy to manage. We like that it allows to make telephone calls without having to go to external services. Freshsales allows adding collaborators to the list of tasks, so that the work is more fluid. A point that we like a lot about freshsales is that it allows adding collaborators to the task lists, which makes management more fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite deficient in terms of importing accounts and contact databases from excel. It does not allow us to properly track the status of each business, and your android application is quite slow, especially when it comes to synchronize. Regarding the permissions that the administrator can grant to the collaborators, these are a bit limiting with the content customization.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to use freshsales. This "sensitive CRM" offers a good combination of traditional communication methods (email, chat and phone calls) so that the communicative experience with the client is as wide as possible, without the need for external programs.

Its configuration of permissions for collaborators is very limiting, because it does not allow to give them much freedom. It is not good for importing databases from external services (nor for exporting them). Your customer segmentation system is slow and does not offer enough information.

Thanks to freshsales our customer management is much simpler and more coordinated (when it comes to group collaborations). Before we could not do correct visual tracking of all business processes, but luckily with the use of freshsales this is no longer a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of money at the end of the day, which is a great advantage. The Chrome extension is really useful. You can create and manage campaigns directly from your browser. You can use it for free for life, but with limited features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small mishap in heat maps is to use them on pages with infinite displacement. However, Freshmarketer does tend to listen to customer comments, as they issue updates quite frequently. Thumb up for that.

As a marketer, freshmarketer is what always helps me and my team. It offers you multiple applications and functions, which means you do not have to buy all those applications individually. For example, it comes with a heat map, an A / B test tool, funnel optimization, etc.

I recommend the free Freshmarker plan forever. It's better for bloggers, affiliates, small businesses and startups. The premium plan is for medium and large companies.

It offers a good system of tasks with which we can easily organize. We like that we can manage contacts and that emails and chats can be integrated into the CRM tool. Freshsales also has the ability to make phone calls without using other applications

It allows adding a certain number of collaborators to the tasks, but these are limited to a very basic management permission configuration, so it does not end up being so useful. The import of accounts is slow, with little retail filters and does not offer a good edition of columns

I like how he organizes me completely. It keeps all my communications in a client file. I can track and move, categorize. It just makes my life a lot easier.

I can not say that I have found a negative yet. It's what we need as a growing business at the right price. Surely there are systems with many sounds and bells, but this is soft for the budget and offers everything we are looking for.

Easy to learn, but constantly changing
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the UI(User Interface) is easy to pick up and learn. This has been a big benefit to when we pushed the application out to our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that they are always "Upgrading" without any formal notification. There have been some updates that have been launched in the middle of the day and have caused problems for my team.
I also do not like that they did not have North American support but located in India. This makes a problem when something happens to the system and I need to wait a full 24 hours to get a response from their support team.

We have been able to eliminate our previous CRM software, that we were required to purchases with a full license for their other products. With this application, we were able to cut out costs nearly in half. We have also been able to move away from third-party marketing emails. ( though with the last update we have had to move back).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you are fully ready to move to their product. Uploading contacts and leads can take some time. This is not a one-weekend process.
Not so great software
What do you like best about the product?
the UI looks good and neat reports, user level control is good
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use it with manager and execs on the same platform, the execs will be able to see all the emails of managers on team inbox, which is really bad we realised it after using this for 6 months, ever since then we are asking them to resolve the same bit it has been 4 months and they are still not able to solve it.

captures lead data from website form, lets you use territory access and auto lead assignment works well with that.

Please check with the email feature as a manager you don't want all the team to see what emails you send to their colleagues or outside world.
Also there's no provision like deal rotting in pipedrive CRM, you will never know when your sales team is on low productivity, even though it generates reports automatically, you cane make sense out of them for real business even though they look fancy.

We are convinced that acquiring this product is of great help for this company, has drastically increased sales in an efficient and timely manner, is easy to use for our operators or software administrator, you have functions that are truly necessary for these processes, its characteristics are excellent

there are very few shortcomings or weaknesses that this software has, one of those weaknesses is that its reports are incomplete, they must be improved, the interface is very basic, it does not allow us to export information.

The price, breadth of functions, and the clear pricing model that doesn't penalize us for success.

The fact that the entire sales ecosystem doesn't yet make integration a breeze. Many other tools just build in Salesforce integration as a default button-click, for some products, we have to use Zapier.

We've been looking for a CRM that will scale with us predictably, with functionality that doesn't require extra button clicks and plugins.
Thanks to this, I know exactly what the pricing will be as we add more users. Plus I've been able to avoid having to buy Sales Automation tools because the functionality is built in.
