Great value for a comprehensive toolset

What do you like best about the product?
The Session Replays and Heatmaps are great for getting an understanding of our our customers interact with our website. The Session Replays have been invaluable for being able to show us exactly how someone is interacting and we've spotted bugs through this, and been able to see where people are clicking and expecting and action where there wasn't one, and we've been able to remedy that too.

The support is also outstanding!
What do you dislike about the product?
The A/B testing tool causes flickering on our site when it loads so we don't use that much, but we have used the Split Testing and been able to integrate it into Google Analytics which is ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Freshmarketer heavily in our CRO efforts. We run a lot of experiments, launch new pages, and we always use Freshmarketer to monitor those pages and experiments. It's really an essential part of our CRO prooess.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the very quick and helpful support a lot. Also the usability of freshmarketer as it is very easy to use. Clean interface good as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The heatmaps doesnt look like they are correct. I am sure they need a bit of some more extra work. Scrollmap doesnt look like its correct. The %-numbers sometimes jump from 30% to 20% and back to 30% when I am scrolling down the scrollmap. How is that possible? Also the heatpoints jump down when I scroll down the page and are placed incorrectly

analyzing customer behaviour. we get better conversion rates through ab testing with freshmarketer

Freshsales is ideal for sales management

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales we like many things. First, we like how excellent it is for the application of systematized evaluations to each client of the business. Second, it is excellent for the application of marketing campaigns, and for the management of internal sales. Now, freshsales allows us to make recordings of the calls we have with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike the fact that freshsales does not serve so much for the automation of the sales force, since it does not allow us to directly organize customer databases or generate proposals for the automation of sales. It does not allow to manage sales commissions, nor to carry out forecasting, that is, sales forecasts. Your sales management system in the field is very unwieldy. Its user interface is not very comfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to freshsales we can follow customer support in the most organized way possible. It's pretty good for online customer management. At least, it offers a live chat tool with these, and allows us to carry out an adequate response control via email, with which we had problems before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First of all, we recommend using freshsales for the management of potential clients, and to follow up on the customer assistance services that may be offered. Freshsales is certainly highly recommended to handle sales funnels (also called pipelines). It is also advisable to carry out marketing campaigns by email.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has firmly changed our company in terms of our sales, it allows us to visualize our potential customers, who are available to make such a sale, we identify the opportunities, through follow-ups to our clients, this is achieved with a massive tracking of sales progress The supports can be done by email, manage customer service in an efficient way, you can chat with customers, receive calls, send emails, many things that makes it easier to project ourselves to be a better company through this important software that It's for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As everything has weaknesses, one of them is its visualization, the interface is very basic, they must also improve their characteristics to deepen more the processes that are carried out to make a more timely sale. Something that caught our attention is that it does not allow the export of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It transmits confidence when carrying out our processes, because we make sales faster and easier. We think it's great to have this software, this product is fascinating, but they have to improve it a bit more

There are thousands of softwares that can have many functions, but this software has a lot of potential, nice to say that in a short time when we acquired it, it gave us more data and helped us to optimize our sales.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
We like very much the task system (tasks) of freshsales, since it allows us to organize our progress easily. We like the platform's ability to integrate into emails, and chats with customers, due to its integrated CRM. Something we also like about freshsales is that it has a wide capacity to make phone calls without having to access third-party software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like that the number of collaborators for each task is so low. That makes it a little complicated to keep track of who participates or not in each stage of the project. We think that it is quite limiting with the accessibility permits to the information, and the importation of accounts takes a long time to process each account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With freshsales we have achieved many advantages when communicating with our customers, because it has many channels through which we can contact them. Before we had enough problems to make visual follow-ups to our sales processes. This was mainly due to the fact that the CRMs we used did not have good integrations for sales management.

Our sales team is very satisfied with the use of freshsales. It is highly recommended for mobile devices, especially with its excellent access from Android. What do you like best about the product?
Our company is assuming a challenge to optimize its functions, for this reason we acquired this software, as it was implemented we saw the improvement in terms of our sales as it is being managed in an organized way to our customers, it is a complete software, easy to use, performs very optimal follow-ups, offers a good technical assistance service
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the shortcomings of this product or software is its user interface, they should improve it, it is very basic and should change its appearance, it lacks more features to have a better service, it does not allow uploading files in bulk, the alarms are not custom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been very helpful, it immediately tracks our relationship with our current customers, it is a good product that has streamlined our work, saving money and time. The synchronization of the activity helps us to keep track of the problems that our customers have had with our products.

We can say that it is a good product, sales makes it very optimal, fast and it is very practical to use, it is a safe software, it has good characteristics that allows us to organize our work projects

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup, beautiful UI at a fraction of the price of some other CRMs
What do you dislike about the product?
Some stupid limitations like the inability to download recorded call files and the inability to upload all file types to contacts

Very organized since day one of launching the biz

What do you like best about the product?
Primarily this software has driven our sales, through its features has organized our customers, is a complete software, easy to use cash for the monitoring of our processes, offers an excellent assistance service, has the ticket system where they offer them by chat and by phone

Friendly system that is better than Salesforce!

What do you like best about the product?
The UI, WAY better than Salesforce and much easier to navigate for our sales team. Good visual reports but still a little confusing at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have a little bit of a learning curve when figuring out what all of the lead > Contact > Account > Deal stages mean but once the software is implemented and customized properly its ok. I think there is also just alot of room for them to improve (like integration with unbounce)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and report generation. We have transitioned from salesforce and really like the ease of use with the product more.

So far, I think its doing the job!
