What do you like best about the product?

The weaknesses of this software is has many restrictions to make some change of our whim, we can not edit the alarms, to export is difficult, it lacks some functions to be complete and more profitable.

For us it has seemed very good software, it is easy and our administrators think it is great because it organizes and facilitates having accurate and timely information, it is a truly attractive platform for the administrator, it allows us to quickly carry out our sales and processes to execute

What do you like best about the product?
This optimization tool we liked first for its design, oriented to online marketing campaigns. It is very easy to convert visitors to our website through its Heatmap functions and A / B tests. We didn't know what our funnel conversion and drop off % were - and this absolutely solves that issue.

This is my first experience with this type of software, so I don't have anything specific to compare it with. I just know that trying to use Google Analytics alone for measuring conversions is a nightmare and it was much easier using FM.

The interface is somewhat simple, it lacks some functionalities and the menu has difficult options to access. Many times when you are looking for a specific tool or configuration you must get into several different menus until you find one of them in one of them.
