If you need a good customer view, freshsales is the way to go.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a couple of CRM tools in my career, but nothing beats the simplicity and single page view offered by Freshsales - especially from the perspective of a start-up where every single lead counts. The lead scoring system also works fairly well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize at Deal level should be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping a good record of our customer database and centralizing all customer interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
It's completely integrated, email, calendar and everything else you want is completely seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. Like anything else, you've got to learn where things are but it's very well thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reminders are great, I can look at the tasks and appointments I have booked and plan out my day.

Take a look, the demo gives you plenty of time to use the product. It's offers a great value.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Freshsales.io so much because of the infinite capacity of customizations and integrations. This allows my users to create tracking systems with multiple points of contact with the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. I also love the ability to attach documents to client files, it really is useful. I conclude with the fact that fresh sales are constantly changing and in my 6 months of use I have seen that the anticipated improvements appear before my eyes. It is perfect for users who are looking for a cost-effective and flexible solution for customer relationships. The problems in its use can be solved through the support and improvement of the software itself. It is a great CRM. It even offers us an integrated phone, an integrated email system, user behavior, a tracking system and a reporting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is relatively easy to understand, however, when it comes to use, I find that it is very clumsy. We were able to see how open configuration and free personalization can overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that the programmers and web designers of Freshsales.io had a greater influence on this product than on relationship management professionals. It's like a "Droid" cell phone. The technology in the phone is superior and much more advanced, but users are not used to its application. As has already been written, Freshsales.io is really intuitive and easy to use thanks to its accessible menus and filters. There is also the possibility of customizing some general views to keep all the essential information at your fingertips. It is possible to automate pipes and workflows as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of delegation of tasks / collaboration with others on the team is a walk with FreshSales.io. Another benefit is the task, reminders of appointments in time zones. In addition to this, you can also tag the location of the meeting accurately in the Uber application of Google Maps, helping to achieve specific goals by creating a valuable agreement for each lead imported into it. Bid management is really intuitive, like all other available functions. Contacts can be easily imported by loading their customer lists in CSV or similar format. In addition Freshsales.io helped my company in: delegation of tasks to the team, monitoring of the activity / ¬ performance of the team, increase in the accuracy of the sales forecast, identification of unattended contacts in the database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main advantage is that it filters and displays the emails only from the contacts that appear in the CRM (it is not necessary to navigate through the internal / supplier communication, while looking for any email). Also, classify the conversations corresponding to a particular person (contact), company or any agreement. Apart from that it includes a complete record of calls, emails, chat and other communications to a client by several people in the company, for this advantage we recommend this great product. The second aspect of the CRM tool is the management characteristic of the generation of reports. It shows reports for all the members of the team with the respective sales activities, follow-ups, elements of action against each agreement.

What I love the best about Freshsales is that I can open up the leads tab and all my leads are in one place and allows me review it and then reach out to potential customers.

There is really nothing that I don't like about Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for Freshsales is having all our leads, accounts, opportunities on a single plane of glass. This allows me to move a lead to an opportunity and an opportunity to an account. Very user friendly and convenient!

This is awesome software and the platform is lead out easy for anyone to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to learn and easy to populate what I would need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less availability of customization which is, however, being improved day in and day out. I would still prefer a faster rollout of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Funnel Forecast, understanding the sales projections, Lead to demos given, MQL inflow and SQL Inflow MOM

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a very easy-to-use interface that helps in navigating quickly to what you want. I love that fact. It's so simple and neat. Gives a smooth experience to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides that can be noted would be the lack of support. Sometimes, things get skewed and we break our heads trying to resolve it, it would be helpful if Freshsales has a team that can quickly give support to their clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales helps me keep a track on my leads. When new queries come in, I can respond to them easily and quickly. I know when was the last time I spoke to a lead and when to follow up with my clients. I can write notes for them and therefore don't need to remember everything in my head. So much information is stored for every lead, it's really easy to get to the finish line with Freshsales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is a comprehensive tool that can easily fit your requirements. Try and use it for marketing. Send emails to leads quickly. Works well with Gmail. You can add LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter information for your lead, you can even add personal contact info like phone numbers, company details, region, email address, etc. See your recent conversations on email with that lead, you can change lead status from time to time, so you know who is on what stage.
Overall, it is a beautiful product that can save time and energy.

Simple to start using, but has a deep set of features
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding experience was very helpful. Gmail integration is a huge timesaver. The user interface is simple and information dense.
What do you dislike about the product?
No strong dislikes yet, but I've only been using it around 6 weeks and I haven't deeply exercised any advanced features. I wish there was a way to retroactively bring an email into FreshSales, maybe via the Gmail add-on they already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better sales pipeline and deal management than our old system of notes, docs and spreadsheets. I can much more easily see at a glance the overall status of our pipeline and which items need my attention.

Take full advantage of the excellent technical support and onboarding. They are ready to jump in and help you figure something out.

I guess the way everything is categorised and the system is easy to navigate around and Intuitive. Easy to filter deals and leads

The inability to link Leads to Accounts. At about 2 pm when the US wakes up the system slows down

What do you like best about the product?
UI is great and easy to integrate. Also, integrating into our database and other applications has proven to be pretty straight forward. Keen on seeing it fully rolled out and stabilized in the coming weeks. Easy to flex / fit to our business process needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see if there was any discounted pricing. We use FreshSales / FreshDesk / FreshTeam and are a social enterprise focused on Agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa. With other applications we've been able to get a bit of a discount and as we scale this up I'm a bit concerned on cost, especially as we add more and more agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management along customer life cycle and linking to other applications we have running centered around a single source of truth has been very helpful. Integrations with Facebook and our VOiP application is making managing our customer base much easier and giving us excellent visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Hands Down. We tried multiple CRMs (Agile, Copper, SalesforceIQ) but nothing came close to Fresh sales for its ease of use and the features.
Second would be Customer Support. I could literally just start a chat in 2 clicks from within the product and would get a reply in a few minutes. I was able to set up the entire system in 2 days.

1. The Chrome/Gmail extension can be better. It gets the job done though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration is the key while using Freshworks suite of products. We are using Freshsales, Freshchat and Freshmarketer. The integration is so easy and useful. One example is I can manage both the CRM and the Chat from Freshsales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for multiple products (CRM, Chat, Marketing) then Freshworks is the best option. The learning curve for each product is minimal once you get a hang of one of their products.
