The perfect CRM for me
What do you like best about the product?
Before Freshsales I was using multple tools to keep track of and manage lead flow: a chat tool, support desk, analytics, CRM. Now all of it integrates together perfectly. I love being able to email leads and schedule emails right from the dashboard, as well as customize it exactly how I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a robust tool, so it took me some time to figure out how to use it to its fullest. The learning curve was longer than other tools I've used, but now that it's the way I like it, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freshsales manages potential customers with great speed
What do you like best about the product?
We like that the platform brings an integrated phone, which allows us to track the behavior of our users, that reports can be created by applying an agile methodology, and that we can manage sales on the spot. With Freshsales you get great territory management, call lists, and customer databases in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales does not allow the user to make forecasts of sales, or handle contracts or documents in general. It does not categorize customers online, nor does it integrate quickly into social media platforms. The scoring system for potential clients is confusing, since points are calculated subjectively, and having a team with several members, some of them can give another rating, which causes disorganization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Freshsales we get the possibility of integrating emails to the CRM platform, and we have also improved the ability to make phone calls. We also save time by not having to verify the information before providing solutions to the clientele. It can be said that increasing the practicality of customer relationship management is only the beginning. With Freshsales, the marketing and management tasks of the pipeline sales (sales funnels) are optimized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is a comfortable service, full of tools to offer a correct attention to the clients and be able to analyze them. Freshsales will be useful to review the performance metrics of online customer management, to control responses through email, to manage leads, and much more. We are completely satisfied with Freshsales. It is reliable, intuitive and very comfortable. We recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Follow up of customers, tracking information, sending mails en making phonecalls is very easy. You also have a good overview of all the needed information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trader lead score is not always accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has a well-planned interface that is truly agreeable to utilize and simple to explore. It is very efficient by subcategories, client database and the board of potential customers, we couldn't be progressively agreeable, it has everything incorporated and the important conditions to build the offers of your business, its cost is open and has a free form. Freshsales arranges and tracks the undertakings of our clients, doing consequent meet-ups and regulating future associations. It can empower making calls and sending messages to potential customers, it impacts reports and ordered examination of our customers to improve our arrangements and streamline work shapes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet gone over a specific confinement in Freshsales. Up until now, so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Freshsales we have a superior followup and speedier reactions to messages. We are rapidly picking up bits of knowledge into our business channel and how to help our customers all the more deliberately. This gives more an incentive to the business and our customers.

The general experience is incredible and it's consoling to realize that the help group are so useful. Keep your group profitable and hold customers, call customers legitimately from CRM and a point by point outline of leads and clients. I recommend!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the bulk email feature and the ability to get rid of leads that have bouncing emails very quickly and efficiently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything. I like that the CRM has custom settings and you can send custom bulk emails depending on what stage of the deal they are in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of weeding out any leads that have non working emails.

If you like email campaigns then this is the product for you!

What do you like best about the product?
simple, intuitive interfaces with great power and intelligence. Feature rich without being complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS is not functional yet. They have the feature, but you have to go outside the platform to read messages. I am told they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every business needs a CRM - I guess the problem is organizing, initiating, responding and tracking customer data.
Freshsales is completing our customer support pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a clear, easy to use CRM without a lot of the clutter of some of the systems I have used. The integration into the complete Freshworks SAAS suite meant it was a clear winner for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Freshsales is the same thing I dislike about all CRM systems, the inability to create business connections who are influencers only and not linked directly to a 'deal' but we are speaking to them about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a customer focused solution from the heart of our online product through to support and sales.
