Easy to use and good UI
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the call recording and easy to sort customer bases
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike its an easy to use software with good features. If I had to pick one flaw I would say the emails need to get updated quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calls and mails dont get missed. EVER.

What do you like best about the product?
That is an all-in-one platform for sales and marketing. It makes our workflow easy and communication easier. All contacts are in one place and we can easily follow up with the leads coming in for each quarter. It makes marketing teams understand how sales are doing and we can also look at how many client touchpoints are open. I think this platform is set out with a very good goal of solving a big problem of communication between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to manage email marketing and customer journeys are complicated. Also when we are a part of the sales marketing team we need more agile platform that helps us create various templates and designs that make emails user-friendly. So when compare to mail chimp the email marketing platform is not user-friendly. The customer journeys are also not that great to look at. I would prefer a better user interface that will make it much more pleasant and easier to work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all sales and communications platforms so that we do not spam or overload the client's email. It's easy to differentiate between the roles and duties of each team and pass on information with ease. Our work doesn't overlap when it comes to making progress with positive communication to potential clients. Also, as we could integrate it with our other platforms so it made our complete data mapping seemless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have large sales teams that actually need a great amount of tracking and if their communication is difficult fresh works is a very good option.

The pricing is per tier and that makes it a bit expensive

We have been able to get full visibility of the customer journey and break marketing silos.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer relationships are the backbone of the market, and only by offering consumers the best services can you contribute to your company's success. According to Freshworks, I was helped with the organization of the customer requests and their info. I've been rid of too much work on paper and too much consumer calling. I am now in a great place to handle my Omni channels via this channel and conveniently simplify the communication with my customers on this forum.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no calls option, just the chat is often not necessary, so I think that this feature needs to be included. They still don't speak offline data access, which is needed for an emergency without mobile connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshworks has enabled your routine activities to save some energy automatically. This one is easy to use, and I have seen no difficulty installing apps, not even easy to adapt. This tool has fair price policies that will have a long-term impact on your market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I promise you that this is the right method, if you want to coordinate the data and care for good customer services. It is ideal for businesses of the B2C kind, regardless of their company size. On the smartphone app, you can still enjoy your services.

There are small things that I wasn't aware of that came up, but were solved. For example, if you leave a space after a name, that because part of the "name". When composing an email and leaves a space before a comma.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features. Using it as a small businesses means I could try and experiment with different things that I would otherwise not be able to on more expensive CRMs due to plan restriction.
The whole Freshworks platform is well integrated so I have good context about the prospect/customer when I'm on their page and want to access their conversations with me and my company.
Even their free plan is good to start with and you can upgrade as you go.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue with FreshCRM is that it is not very user-friendly. There is so much 'unexpected behaviour' with the tool and it often leads to me having to do stuff over again. And there are cases when things are permanent and I will have to do a work-around.
I also highly doubt that there is email deliverability issues with them especially when sending bulk emails and while scheduling emails but they constantly deny it.
The support team is not the best. Most of the times I'm routed so many times on calls and getting a resolution seems like such hard work.

We use Freshworks CRM for all our sales and marketing purposes. We are on their estate plan and use most of the features they offer.
The biggest plus is the ability to track everything in one place. It was a big upgrade from our previous set-up which was tedious. The reports are decent too.

Great to start out with so if you're moving from Google sheets, go for it!
If you are coming from a tool like Hubspot or SF then stay clear. There are better alternatives.

Easy to setup and suited for Startups and mid-sized organizations
What do you like best about the product?
it's incredibly user-friendly! marketing, journeys, and sales sequences are very instrumental in pipe engagement. their support too is very quick and customer focussed. our tickets were resolved in a matter of hours

some bugs and errors but nothing major. the report and customization of reports can be better

Email marketing gave good engagement and brand visibility. It benefited us in creating highly segmented campaings and drive better results
A rich set of essential tools for building a website
What do you like best about the product?
The simple activity and navigation is what stands out most.Goldmine, MS Dynamics consumer and SalseForce are exceptional in that you can take documents and procedures to the next level with their unique drag and drop technologies. FreshSales is the perfect option if you don't want all the specifications and names of SalesForce, but want something inexpensive. The pace of their operation and assistance is unrivaled.

I assume that the only problem is that often we have redundant view fields and problems with integration with Quickbooks. I also want a color signal when the exchange ends at a certain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find this helpful because the replay system of the session will record when a session expires, regardless of which page the user is viewing. For instance, the error page we developed that does not load if the user has a weak internet connection is useless.

This is an important all-in-one CRM scheme, a completely inexpensive package and feature when you're ready to hunt.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user-friendly and low cost are the greatest assets (An excellent option for new users is to try the trial version ). The great thing regarding FreshDesk is that though they've had such a high focus on their users' needs, and will regularly update their solution to suit those changing requirements!
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to fix a lot of reporting gaps for us, not the missing features, enhance the API because we optimize a lot.

Freshdesk makes the work of our sales team much more manageable.

Yes, the Freshdesk team is used to using their software, and it will likely create new options to suit your marketing automation needs in the future.
