What do you like best about the product?
The bulk mailing feature is by far the best thing about this program. You canupdate your templates, add links and send them to tens of thousands for no additional fee. It is pretty amazing. And you can update you our contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
This does take some training and is not always super user friendly. There is a chat that seems to always be available with you are logged in that you can get help from/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works great for managing contacts and your interaction with them. It is very simple to see every email and every interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Looking for the cheaest way to send out bulk emails, this is it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Freshsales, mainly because of its two versions, both the paid and free ones work with excellent quality. The app is another of its advantages, it works quite well and even if you have the free version you can use it. The main function of this mobile app is to follow up with your potential customers.

The interface of the platform is very easy to use, it has an ergonomic design and is very intuitive, you don't have to be a computer expert to understand it. If we talk about functions I must say that it is very well integrated and helps me to define potential customers and to understand those customers who are not so frequent, giving me communication tools with them.

The chatbots allow me to always be present on my website even if I am not connected and to follow up with my customers, segment them and thus start campaigns to ensure the frequent presence of customers.

I love that Freshsales provides me with professional tools and facilitates the growth of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales is a great tool however there are certain details that you as a user have to keep in mind.

First of all there is the fact that when you are going to switch to the paid version and you have already used its free version its price is very confusing.

Secondly there is the detail that the application works well, but the contacts are limited.

Finally there is the fact that the technical support service is very inefficient, when you have problems with the platform you try to contact them and there are very few answers you get, so you have to search on the internet how to solve your problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me a lot, especially when I was starting my digital business and my budget was not enough to hire paid services and your free application helped me grow as an entrepreneur giving a professional and quality service to my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
is an easy-to-use tool with an excellent integrated database and all the functions required for its use.

It has various features that help you manage your data, meetings, check up on others users etc. it has great filters and workflow features. I have automated various items in FS

The reporting can be incorrect. It takes time
To refresh and I cannot rely on the accuracy. That increases my work

I am handling the customer success team And Getting all the data in one place is necessary. Esapecially in a SaaS company

What do you like best about the product?
Their UI is passable at best, but the UX isn't great and what they charge for is a little ridiculous. Like ordering a field requires one of their top tier categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't downgrade well. We were on the highest tier trial. After the trial we downgraded to free. This broke everything, we couldn't create accounts, leads, customers, etc.... Assumed this was because of the downgrade so after contacting support decided to upgrade to a paid account. Still everything was broken. Contacted support several times and was always told "we'll work on it" finally just gave up and moved to another CRM. They offer NO refunds. So if you pay them and nothing works then tough luck I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None as their site doesn't work if you start on a paid trial. I think it's mildly intentional though as you spend a ton of time getting it setup on the paid trial and then when you downgrade everything breaks. So you either pay to get back on their highest tier or wipe out everything you did and start fresh on a lower tier.

Sometimes, it's just too much. The views can look clumsy and needs a steady internet connection to have smooth usage.
