This software describes the word "Intuitive"
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is simple and it's placed in a logical way. Love the fact that I have it all, not for closing the sale, but to raise interest in something, to create the opportunity to sale, having both the CRM and Marketing features. Love the tips when the page is loading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support, not having the info up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up of lead's life cicle. The learning process in employees have been reduced significantly with this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, it saves you the time of worrying about learning a new software, it's really easy and intuitive but not for that it's less capable. Super flexible, adaptable to your needs and your other current softwares.

Easy to implement & simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Freshsales for over a year now; I like how things are uncluttered, simple to use, yet very detailed. Everything is pretty much customizable (depending on the plan you choose) and you also get a bulk emailer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have easy integrations with other tools like Seamless.ai, unlike SF, which is a slight disadvantage. You've got to use Zapier - we tried checking with the Seamless team and they did mention that they do not even have the integration in their dev pipeline.
It's not very comprehensive, might need to add a few basic features that other CRMs have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales uses FS CRM and we use to manage our leads. schedule meetings. We even have our deal pipeline here so the finance & everybody else has teh access to it & can use it for billing purposes. It's liked to our mailing service, hence all the conversations get auto captured.
Freshsales (formerly Freshworks CRM) Review
What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that makes Freshsales amazing is their simple notification tool, so you can stay up to date and follow up with your contacts on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't happened to me but I heard that I cant import data from Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can integrate your email into Freshworks so that all incoming and outgoing emails are logged. It connects with your mail, so all conversations are synced – you can send (and even schedule) emails from the dashboard.

Its intelligent way to score leads n deals

Creating analytics are not that intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a complete view of the deals we were creating, also we had the need to help the team be more productive as they were spending too much time adding call notes and analizing the leads and contacts for its conversion into deals. Also, as supervisors, we needed a full view of what was going on with the team in terms of their account follow-ups. We got that with Freshsales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know there are lots of CRM in the market but Freshsales is hands down one of the best out there, is a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and that says a lot. If you're looking to automate most of your team's task, Freshsales is definitely for you.
Great aftersales support
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily book a zoom call to discuss my needs and get help with the workflows. This has helped me to understand what the system can do and enabled me to automate a lot of processes for my business. This is what I needed a CRM system to do, so I could save time. I can focus on running my business more effeciently. The aftesales support is hugely important to me. Much better than just email support - Zoom calls enable screen sharing and so the team were able to show me and explain how to change the workflows and get rid of any issues I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team is based in India so the time difference is a slight issue, but other than that no problems. They have worked with me for 3 months now to solve each little issue. Very happy with service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved me time and made my business more effecient as I grow and get busier. Automated tasks/emails are now not forgotten and I don't have to worry about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Does what you need from a CRM. This is my first CRM, so they were very patient in explaining how it all works. Dedicated account manager and technical support always on hand and I found this invaluable.
A buggy mess
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has outbound high volume cold emailing, with phone and chat built in. Most of the time level 1 support has been ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many bugs in this software it's hard to get anything done. From basics like just creating a filter of users to utilizing the API, every step of the way has been a nightmare to get this software setup.
1. Working with contacts in the base UI is difficult. The account and the contact do not share information, so if i want to create a search of all contacts with companies that make xx, i can't do that. With saved searches your not able to save the column arragements and have to recreate it each time.
2. Working with different emails and domains is challenging. So if i want to create a sales sequence and send it from my company email, info@xxx, i have to create a special user for info to do that. You cannot send or set reply-to from different emails or domains easily. This also creates issues with links working in the emails.
3. Getting contacts to enter the sales sequences are difficult and too a number of workarounds to figure out.
4. We continue to have a number of issues working with the confusing API and poor documentation.
We are just getting started with the software and we have not even gotten started with importing our primary crm for doing marketing or taking daily communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and user area also this CRM is so friendly and best part is that the Freddy make our work easy

My main concern is about pricing because at Freshworks products as expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we use salesforce but there the CRM is so complicated but here at Freshworks we can have our customers 360 view about his leads
Service beyond expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Considering I purchased this software for myself to start with, it has been perfect to scale with. From the excellent features, all in one solution (marketing/phones/crm/chat/whatsapp/website integration) to the absolutely outstanding service when I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I could say is support available on a Sunday. I understand this is probably a option not many need.
I also will add the support I need or have needed has been through no fault on the software. It has always been me trying to learn stuff, change integrations, and inpliment complex setups for my use case. (Various staff have always been fantastic at helping and have been very prompt).
I feel I take way to much value compared to what I pay for the service.

As above, the complete solution allows me to be able to manage the whole infrastructure of the company with ease and importantly also completely mobile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't consider any other software in all honesty. One of the biggest parts of this is the support is beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Freshsales is used in our organization for monitoring the sales and follows up with the clientele. The notification system helps in letting us know of the progress that is made from the client's end.
Being a SAAS platform it keeps the information organized and centralizes the data, thus reducing the extra effort and time of the employees

Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best CRM platforms available. Mostly used by the sales and marketing team and it serves the purpose amazingly well. The best part is that it will notify you of each and every movement of the leads. For example: if your client has opened up or even clicked the mail at their end, it will notify you straight away.

A highly customizable, affordable and intuitive CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales doesnt require much of a setup because of how smartly built it is. every thing just makes sense here
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bugs... i've had many occasions where I need to report important bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I came from Zoho which took a long time to set up, and had a really bad email system.
