Awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and can be learned in a day or two. Tasks can be created and fetching old data is also not a hassle. There are upgradations done every now and then.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons I can think of. There are no necessary features missing. Everything runs smooth and the team is always upgrading the product and adding new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaing leads is not a hassle anymore. All the information related to the lead gets saved. You can also send bulk emails or do email marketing campaigns. Deriving data is also very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A startup or a MNC can use Freshsales for data sanity.

Confusing and not a lot of support
What do you like best about the product?
Clean look, integrates with a lot of other 3rd party applications
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing to use and whenever we reached out to support, we wouldn't receive an email/call back for days - if at all. We felt this could've been a solution to our business's needs but didn't get the chance to talk to someone to make it be that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/A - we didn't get to utilize it to its full potential because we were never properly trained on the the applicaton
Extremely Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales was by far the most straightforward CRM setup I have ever experienced. The ease of management and use is incredible. The Marketing Journeys are also extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weakest point is how new it still is relative to competitors. Due to this, there is a lack of significant integrations that you would get out of something like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Freshsales to track our sales pipeline, as well as manage all customer contacts. The most considerable benefit over other products I have found is how simple it is to use sales sequences and marketing journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many integrations you need and how many administration/management resources you can commit. If the answer to both is limited, then Freshsales is the ideal option.
My experience of using Freshsales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and Clarity. The features are very clearly explained. Self-explanatory almost. There is no unwanted distraction with buttons and they are neatly arranged. This makes it easy to understand where to add accounts, where to put updates, record meeting and follow up dates etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not happy with the android app, but they have improved it in their latest update. So nothing to dislike actually! All seems fine with it's app and desktop usage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect tracking and interaction with the sale leads in pipeline. We get daily 4-5 enterprise leads for our B2B software and I am adding the prospect details in the CRM and updating the details accordingly for the clients there.

What do you like best about the product?
Basic and very much planned, while still incredible and exceptionally adaptable. Simple to set it up and the preparation for the outreach group is extremely short. We've recently begun utilizing Freshsales and are extremely content with its straightforwardness yet power.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Cannot blame the item yet. Since the item is in the underlying improvement stages there are some minor issues which the tech group referenced that they are chipping away at it to redress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Fresh set-up of items positively has given some efficient answers for us. Convenience and part of mechanization.

Oh their UI and UX. It's fluid. Reporting is a bit easy on FS

Their frequent update banner notification.

Used FS during my previous role. Easy deal predictability, all in one solution - freshcaller+ sales.

Reporting and dashboard should provide more options to pull granular views of reports.

Great product for scaling businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the platform was the only reason, I preferred this software over Hubspot because of this reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact limit, I had to go forward and buy Close CRM because of only this issue and believe me data movements are a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send about 200+ emails daily to various geographies. Freshsales helps me with lead generation activities, giving me a complete visibility into how things are moving in my pipeline.
Good to use for b2b

The stage change process is likely to be goof enough to categorise the filter

B2c segment is not so good for use as it doesn't track the activity of leads
