Easy SaaS Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easy Sales CRM in the market. Features include one-click phone, sales lead tracking, sales management, event tracking help the team manage the works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more pipeline automation something like how many day the deal is inactive and few more reports and advanced dashboard makes the work more effectively and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy sales overview and pipeline activites.

1. IVR and SMS gateway is not integrated with Indian based providers
2. Have a few customizations limitation which has to be worked upon
3. Ability to pay in INR as they have only accepted USD payments for bank transfer

One of the best CRMs to manage Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The holistic nature of the CRM, which allows us to note down every possiblf information

The mobile app is not so user friendly according to me

We've been successfully able to track our sales and various stages our deals are in. Also, intra team functioning is easy in this.

What do you like best about the product?
They enormously work with the work and increment the exhibition of the workgroup in an extremely brief time frame. They incredibly work with the work and increment the presentation of the workgroup in an exceptionally brief time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't express certainly bad things about Freshsales CRM right up 'til today, Only a few subtleties at the hour of keeping in touch with certain messages or at the hour of extricating the information from the stage this can be hung and handle this cycle.

Required a simple method for following our pipeline. Specifically their computerized and exceptionally configurable work processes.
Excellent CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. It is very user friendly. It's also very easy to create pipelines that your whole team can use so you can better manage customer communication across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve. Being one of the older CRM's out there also means that it's not as up to date or as flashy as some of the newer systems. It also doesn't link to as many other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing customer data and creating workflows for our entire company. Each team can log in and see where in the pipeline a client or process is, and can easily creat next steps from there.

Consider your team size and how many people will be using it. Consider how you want to manage you client communications and what kinds of workflows you would like to create.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM is a perfect and easy-to-use tool in which we can keep all our clients' records with details of email id, numbers, likdinen profiles, etc.; we can quickly run the campaign with CRM, so as a salesperson, I know how can I follow up my client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think everything is good, but if they provide more templates for email marketing, it's better. Most dislike is they can take so much time while solving any quary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most benefit while using CRM is I know how to rum campaign, which client I focus more. I can make a funnel to review my client status. And with the use of CRM, I have increased my sales funnel and my sales turnover.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had an option to integrate the CRM tool, and I do Hubspot, but one issue I found is that the Migration of data from Hubspot is little messy. Some areas still in development mode like editing feature under the icons. I requested this earlier, but they said we are still working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a full-packed tool, and this FreshSales fulfilled my target. I can customize my business-related needs using this. The Task of Synchronising my emails to customers were pretty easy.

It's a perfect tool for handling thousands of leads with ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and can be learned in a day or two. Tasks can be created and fetching old data is also not a hassle. There are upgradations done every now and then.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons I can think of. There are no necessary features missing. Everything runs smooth and the team is always upgrading the product and adding new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaing leads is not a hassle anymore. All the information related to the lead gets saved. You can also send bulk emails or do email marketing campaigns. Deriving data is also very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A startup or a MNC can use Freshsales for data sanity.
Confusing and not a lot of support
What do you like best about the product?
Clean look, integrates with a lot of other 3rd party applications
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing to use and whenever we reached out to support, we wouldn't receive an email/call back for days - if at all. We felt this could've been a solution to our business's needs but didn't get the chance to talk to someone to make it be that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/A - we didn't get to utilize it to its full potential because we were never properly trained on the the applicaton
Extremely Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales was by far the most straightforward CRM setup I have ever experienced. The ease of management and use is incredible. The Marketing Journeys are also extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weakest point is how new it still is relative to competitors. Due to this, there is a lack of significant integrations that you would get out of something like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Freshsales to track our sales pipeline, as well as manage all customer contacts. The most considerable benefit over other products I have found is how simple it is to use sales sequences and marketing journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many integrations you need and how many administration/management resources you can commit. If the answer to both is limited, then Freshsales is the ideal option.
