CRM which is very slow even on the best PCs
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Freshsales for me is its filters; it is easy & straightforward to use, unlike its competitors. The reports are also good as it can be used with great simplicity. Customer support is very active & fast in their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much dislike the loading time that it takes; that is, it is very slow and inconvenient at times. The billing is also very complex as auto-renewals have suddenly stopped for Indian users, and to renew it, we need to establish contact with the customer support executive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization handles its sales pipeline through Freshsales, although our marketing team has a different custom-built database management system. Coming to performance, no significant changes have been observed, but it sure has saved us a lot of hassle & streamlined our sales approach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the cheapest CRMs out there, so use it only if you need a CRM and you have a small budget. Or else even a spreadsheet can do the work of Freshsales.

Easy to set up and excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Clear data model with flexibility for additional fields & attributes, providing large room for admin users to customize without engineering knowledge.
Powerful master records upload fintionalities and almost real-time/conversational support by the vendor help desk, also open to feature requests, minimizes start-up efforts as well as changes afterwards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Japanese language support such as field label translations or search function, needs to be improved. If you plan to use with Japanese language or probably Chinese language, check the development on the language support status especially on 'search'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized customer data management is our first priority for analysis and proper action taking to them.
This is done and it is going further covering lead management end to end as well as sales activitiy tracking/review in productive manner.
Also with relevant ERP line items loaded, customers order frequency is being monitored to take actions.

Easy and fast delpoyment CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales Suite is an easy and fast deployment tool, that can easily take care of all basic requirements for most kinds of business, with a basic and intuitive interface that is quick to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain configurations and processes that can be very repetitive and manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead data acquiring, deal manipulation, and sales funneling are quite a simple processes to define in this CRM

Have fully defined your business model, so the process of funneling your model into the system is even easier.
An affordable and flexible Cloud-based CRM solution
What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales is affordable (starting with a FREE tier is really an excellent starting point) and as low as $15 per user and month for exciting features such as AI-based predictive contact scoring, essential for first calls and inbound leads. Besides, it's pretty user-friendly and easy to configure and integrate with many third-party solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most SaaS (Cloud-based) solutions, the use of data mining and warehousing on FreshSales information can be challenging. However, this also can be accomplished with integrations with BI solutions such as MS PowerBI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our most critical customers are registered there. We integrate it with our Freshdesk request system, our Freshservice ITSM system (internal support), and Freshchat for customer interaction.
Fresh Sales Has Been Great for Our Email Marketing Campaigns!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create drip email campaigns in the software is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features that the CRM has can be a little overwhelming when getting started if you are not using everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been that I can schedule email drip campaigns at different times during the day and easily create segments for all of my contacts.

Would highly recommend if they do one of the actions that you are looking for!
best sales crm for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
integrated telephony and chat system. so you can manage all your sales channel on one place and assign your leads to your sales managers. so it is very easy to use and manage all your sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
opearations after sales process. i mean this is a sales crm for sales force automation. so you can not manage your orders or invoices and report them. it is enough for sales cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collecting all your sales channel on one place. so you can collect all your leads in one place and manage them very easy. and you can automate your activities on these leads and deals.
Good experience, potentially improvable to be the best buddy at work!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it does not have the most functionality of any product but the functionality is meaningful that it does have and I am optimistic that this product will be twice as good in a few years. Worthwhile investment in my opinino.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales as very good UI design and coloured theme and user friendly and fast email campaign process along with report and dashboard system. Even fresher can also understand the process workflow of tool easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Freshsales sometimes updating and adding or assigning the database take some time to reflect in the concern place if not you have to raise query to the support team for assistance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk e-mail campaign can be sent to the prospect easily and efficiently and we can set up timer for email schedule as per business requirements

Freshsales - Helps keep track of deals
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. You don't have to spend a lot of time training folks on how to use Freshsales, unlike other CRM systems in place, which have complicated workflows. I find the reporting and dashboard aspect of Freshsales pretty robust, and I am able to generate the majority of the reports I need for my day-to-day job. Dashboards come in very handy when you want to glance at the required metrics in one go. I also find the lead to deal generation process very efficient and user-friendly. Email consolidation in FS allows other reps to quickly help each other if one is out sick or has taken an out of turn leave at short notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited custom fields which has restricted our usage of Freshsales. We have to add certain fields at the Account level while having those at the deal level would have made our lives very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals, Presales assignment, ensuring that all deals get the attention they need and reviewing metrics based on performance.
