It's okay but support could be better
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about FreshSales is how easily you can look at the information in the CRM and the fact you can customize a lot of things to make it exactly what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact sometimes Customer Service/Tech Support doesn't even have answers for the issues that you can find when using FreshSales, it can be very frustrating at times because nobody can help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is very helpful for keeping our client portfolio updated and so we can keep track of the deals and everything else. I personally really like the fact you can set reminders and tasks related to one client in specific if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes customer service isn't the best so... Google can be your best friend!

A good alternative to other or better known CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of phone app and desktop app, somewhat intuitive menu and GUI to access key areas of the program, stable and never had it crash on me
What do you dislike about the product?
customization of data entry field not ideal, limitations what an account can be called, still don't get some of the reporting tools - not intuitive enough for my understanding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
capturing customer contacts, outcomes, next steps and to do's, not using it as a mail messaging system but to have all activities with customer relationships sorted in one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
check on rate plans for < employees, check where cloud data is housed, check if onboarding is offered (live via a trainer)

it requires a strong internet connection to function properly. I would have wished it had an offline feature and sync

A simple yet extremely customisable CRM

1. Super customisable.
2. Reporting and Dashboards are very robust for pipeline management.
3. Could be integrated with multiple platforms. API friendly.

1. Sometimes the load time is slow.
2. Have had issues with wrong data populated. But very minute issues once in a while.

I have had no problem navigating through the platform. Simple and easy to use and have helped with managing over 100000 records with ease.

Visually Appealing & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Have used several CRMs but we choose freshsales because of how it looks and how easy it is for salespeople to get through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature restrictions in plans. For e.g. in our plan we get reports but we can't clone/duplicate a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for the sales team to find inbound leads, talk to them, track activity and close them.

The integration with the other outreach apps, includes calling options as well and a chat space to interact with colleagues. all at one place

The cadences do not work up properly, It takes a lot of time to update any information added to the CRM.
