What do you like best about the product?
freshsale is one of the good CRM you can use in your organization and it has feature like automation and sales funnel to do marketing activity very actively. I loved it and you can go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good apart from some addon plugins and needs to add more features in automation marketing like automation call solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using these tools to manage users, do automation marketing, and remind employees about all the upcoming and pending tasks to do. We are able to see and track all the sales leads staus at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform based on sales automation and to manage potential clients, it allows us to know the interaction of the clients, their marketing knowledge and to know the value that it can have for the commercial processes and this helps us to know everything about the clients, potential customers and helps to find new customers, apart from offering features to establñish a better use, it contains a well-structured calendar, personalized chats, sales arguments and updates with an administrator for the campaigns, it also has a very affordable cost with a time of proper use which means that you can use the system for you needs more often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its technical support is a bit outdated since it responds very slowly and when it responds it does not give exact answers and on certain occasions, it does not solve the problem or the doubt generated, which is why they should develop it better to be able to use it as it should, in addition to its application mobile is very slow to pone and is very pòorly informed because it contains almost no information about the service, which attracts inconvenience for not being able to use the mobile application properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this application so that our work teams can research, search, compare or find suitable sales opportunities, and offers, predict revenue with sales forecast, organize customer information and establish better solutions for our marketing campaigns, this allows us to it allows us to have better relationships with our work teams, increase financial proposal, obtains better benefits and establish better campaigns for our potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good service to use as a management tool for your work teams because it helps you offer them an easy, simple and safe use, it offers them functions where they can work without any problem and you can offer them benefits, and this helps increase your business relationships ad offer better alternatives to your potential customers, it also has a very affordable cost it is a very friendly service and it adapts very well to any commercial requirement you may need.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about FreshSales is how easily you can look at the information in the CRM and the fact you can customize a lot of things to make it exactly what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact sometimes Customer Service/Tech Support doesn't even have answers for the issues that you can find when using FreshSales, it can be very frustrating at times because nobody can help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is very helpful for keeping our client portfolio updated and so we can keep track of the deals and everything else. I personally really like the fact you can set reminders and tasks related to one client in specific if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes customer service isn't the best so... Google can be your best friend!

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of phone app and desktop app, somewhat intuitive menu and GUI to access key areas of the program, stable and never had it crash on me
What do you dislike about the product?
customization of data entry field not ideal, limitations what an account can be called, still don't get some of the reporting tools - not intuitive enough for my understanding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
capturing customer contacts, outcomes, next steps and to do's, not using it as a mail messaging system but to have all activities with customer relationships sorted in one place
Recommendations to others considering the product:
check on rate plans for < employees, check where cloud data is housed, check if onboarding is offered (live via a trainer)

No training or certification is needed to get started on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding and comparing all the products offered in their suite is a challenge.
Mobile app can be improved, essential since a lot of sales & customer success team members are on the move.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Super customisable.
2. Reporting and Dashboards are very robust for pipeline management.
3. Could be integrated with multiple platforms. API friendly.
4. Email tracking is also accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the load time is slow.
2. Have had issues with wrong data populated. But very minute issues once in a while.

Customer record management and pipeline management.

I have had no problem navigating through the platform. Simple and easy to use and have helped with managing over 100000 records with ease.
