Affordable CRM for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a Salesforce background, Fresgsales is very intuitive and easy to setup. It integrates natively with the rest of Freshworks products and is also easy on pricing. Sales automation is very helpful in setting up cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
- lack of flexibility to customise the product and third party integrations
- reporting is graphically nice but rudimentary
- tracking task history

Source of customer records. With sales campaigns, our teams can reach out to prospects directly from within the CRM without having to use a different tool.

Freshsales is a software to handle by eery employees of our organisation. Its use is easy and drastically useful. It helps to find customers in a well-mannered structure process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales has limited dislike points because it is available at a cheaper rate so anybody can use it. Just 24*7 customer support system should need to be more active so the software will touch 10/10.

Freshsales solving the query regarding the management of customer data. It analysis the organisation's demand and fulfils it with integration tools. It helps our company to grow and sustain itself in a competitive market.

Its graphics and visual reports are attractive. Contact filtration is also good. User registration is a payment option that is easy with a credit card. The confidence and commitments of the sales team.

Difficult implementation, Worst support, unavailability of integration options with third-party tools. There is only one payment option which is a credit card. Non-informal and limited reports.

We were in the need of CRM to run our admission campaign. We evaluated a lot of CRMS but due to irresponsive approach of other CRM sales teams made us go with the fresh sales. It solved our one problem which is keeping all contacts and queries at one place. It helped us to track the communication done with the expected leads by different agents. Now we have a clear picture in one place so that we can get the report of our received queries and converted leads.

Its bit slow on mobile app and for basic mobile it is quite slow

For my front end sales team it was a single window tool where they were capturing there entire leads and closures so they don't have to report me on meets

Fresh desk and call management and lead scoring system offered. Great way to tag leads when they say they need someone to reach out to them a few months down the line
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to create workflows to automate lead movement within the team basis how the agents nurture the lead and nonvisibility of the same led to a loss in revenue.

Freshcaller integration in the CRM is intuitive and comes in a bundle not having to pay for a separate dialer was neat to have and the smart tracking it allowed
