Great CRM from a salesperson's perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is a userfriendly CRM that is constantly looking for ways to improve. I like that they not only take feedback, but actually implement it. It syncs up easily to your email and allows for seamless work across different platforms like Google calendar/Gmal and Acuity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would not ask to duplicate leads when they have different locations. Sometimes there will be a lot of leads with the same name (i.e. Jennifer Smith) and FS will automatically assume it is a duplicate. If it was somehow able to identify a difference in, say, location or company name, it would make the AI work in our favor with more ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track ouf all of our leads, helping store not only the information we need to connect with them, but also any previous email exchanges in one place (makes internal communication a lot easier). It also helps keep track of our sales and leader boarders through their reports feature, as well as use and create email templates for faster communication with leads/clients.

A very intuitive solution for marketing and sales automations
What do you like best about the product?
I've already used a few softwares for these purposes but Freshsales was by far the most intuitive and easy to use. The features are endless and there's so much to learn everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's easy to get lost between so many updates and new features. There's always something new and it's not very easy to find out what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to track and automate our clients behaviour in our website and straighten our relationship with them.

It shortens the sales cycle, which allows me to know the intentions that a potential client has when visiting our website and to know how to proceed with our sales marketing tactics.

Amazing CRM for Sales Funnel
What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Fresh sales it really helps me to have track of my accounts, contacts, and the current stage of the sale.
The UI is really great, If I forgot something it reminds me to do it via notification.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing was found to dislike. I really enjoy using fresh sales.

Having track of the account that I'm persuing, Deal stage and comments helps to crack my sale. Its more productive
Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has been very easy to use! It allows us to upload lists of clients to follow up with and makes our workflow so much easier. It has been a huge value add!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken a few weeks for me to understand how to use Freshsales. There are a few idiosyncracies in how the software works that can limit functionality, such as the inability to search multiple contact owners in a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Sales Development team was working out of a spreadsheet exclusively. FreshSales has helped us to move that to a streamlined process that is very visible and provides significant transparency.
Robust and potent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to shorten the sales cycle; it has powerful technology that allows me to figure out the intentions that a prospect has while visiting our website and know how to proceed with our sales marketing tactics. One of the most potent tools that Freshsales has is its sales sequence automation; it allows me to schedule many emails and SMS in bulk to ensure that the marketing campaigns are sent in a timely manner so we can reach the most clients, it is highly advantageous and it allows me to customize all the campaigns so I can make it more personalized for different prospects that want or are looking for something different from one another.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support help is very poor, I have reached out to them a few times about different questions that I had regarding the use of the software, and I received late responses from the support team. It is something that needs to be improved because a support team that works helps the software feel more reliable to me, and I will know that I can actually rely on them if something more serious happens with our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that Feshsales has helped a lot when it comes to providing an automation service that helps process all the sales and helps close deals efficiently without taking hours to do so. It has created an impactful workflow that helps us speed up the daily work when dealing with clients, as well as helping us keep in contact with them by automating welcome emails and reminders, and it is a system that keeps everything in place for easy access. It organizes all the customers' basic information, and that comes in handy when trying to close a deal as we can easily access different details quickly
A lesser known Jewel that many must know
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is its ability to synch the data from other CRMs. I mostly used it for Sales management purposes. It served the purpose.

Its user interface and experience. Yes, I do think it could look better than it looks right now

Best CRM after Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that the CRM gets integrated with all the software

The only dislike is it's quite slow when used on mobile

Excellent CRM tool with minimal drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using FreshSales for nearly seven years and it has been a great resource for pipeline management and reporting. It is a feature-rich platform with the ability to segment views based on territories and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is structured with two separate databases - one for leads and one for contacts - which becomes difficult to manage when integrated with other systems. They have some features to help identify duplicates, but it's not perfect. We've also had some deliverability issues with emailing out of FreshSales.
