Complete solution for CRM and Marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
They have land pages and mail marketing platforms in one place.
I love the Journey feature, it brings all customer iteration and flows visually.
Gmail integration helped us to didn't lose one customer message too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales is part of a major suite: freshworks.
They have serious problems with licensing and plans.
Some parts, like freshchat (the chat) and freshdesk use different servers/locations, and it is hard to make it works smoothly.

It centralizes my customer and marketing handling.
Now I can create land pages and manage mail lists in one place.

FreshSales is one of the most comprehensive CRM's in the market, at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create custom-made automation, allowing me to really get the marketing I need and well as manage all of my sales needs. A close second is their support, and they are all so great!
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, which is not much, I wish they had more integration with native apps instead of relying on Zapier. I really don't want to pay for another tool to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WOW, they solve a lot. They are a one-stop shop for small business owners that need a complete marketing and sale engagement solution. Benefits are cold emailing, sales engagement sending out emails with my own email account that is already verified to limit bounces, unsubscribes and more emails reaching the inboxes of my prospects and clients.
Very easy to use and helps me stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
Tasks allow me to keep my daily, weekly, monthly things to do at my fingertips. It also allows me to review recent or older emails and see if those emails have been opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the newest format of the customer cards. The old versions had smaller sized cards and showed more card/accounts ona single screen

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales provides me with all the information for every customer involved in my sales cycle. With filters that are easy to use, it allows me to find just what im looking for and track my sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is slightly slow in getting in touch everytime i raise a request from the portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting started can be a little tricky and might require some guidance. But once you're set up and get the hang of it Freshsales is super easy to understand and configure. We also use it to create email sequences for marketing and send bulk emails since it allows us to schedule them at a later time or day.
One of the most straightforward CRM tools
What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration between work emails and the platform was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes and tracking got a little messy from an update but it wasn't the worst.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily distribute and track leads between our brokers, easy-to-access and easy-to-access reports. This has really helped keep sales growing.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to navigate without much effort. Easy to toggle between different tabs. Able to to keep track of sales records more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nil. So far FS has been very user friendly. Technical assistance is within reach when required. Technical staff is friendly and technically trained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times there was some system glitch but were resolved quite quickly by the technical specialist from FS. With the ease of of use, Fs has helped to boast up the productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales allows me to find what I'm looking for quick and easy. I can get contact info, recorded calls, emails and texts. I love knowing how my day will go before it even starts. Freshsales gives me tasks reminders, pop up notifications, and more for me to track my day and week!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I've had many problems on freshsales. I would like to get notified when someone responds via sms. I seem to not be able to see that, unless I dig through each message I have sent.

Freshsales helps me maintain a track record of my outgoing calls, meetings, and sales. I am not apart of my sales dept however I do use FS for customer support and it has what I need. PROOF! (:
