FreshSales is the most suitable platform for customizable reports for any project.
What do you like best about the product?
In addition, it is very incredibly simple to operate because of its customization function. It has many features, and it is a bit difficult to be an expert because it has many very complicated functionalities, but it is an excellent plan for every type of business company. FreshSales is a handy programmer to plan and control our project because we can easily add all tasks, manage all types of projects, and maintain and manage our human resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about this software is that it does not allow us to share the file with others to establish a collaborative planning effort, and it is also missing quite a bit of feature compared to its competitors. It is good in project management implementation but cannot provide a communication channel between people because its chat windows lag a lot between communication and real-time forums, and it can take a lot of time to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FreshSales is one of the best cloud-based project management software, and it has been beneficial for us in managing and tracking all the progress for this project. It is excellent as all the work team under my charge because it is integrated to the use, and we can be synchronized under the same objectives of the institution.

Freshsales does what's needed and nothing less or more than that. Great CRM for small teams.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and has all the basic functions in place that are required in a CRM. The user views are spaced neatly, and it's easy to search for any particular data about the lead without much hassle. The deals pipeline is also great for having a view of what deals are in line to be closed each month.
It helps our marketing and sales team to build customer lists and have set filter views. This enables them to reach out to prospects and customers at scale with updates, as well as track them and take necessary actions. The integration with Freshchat also helps us take website chats while working the sales deals. For eg, if someone is on the website and needs instant help, we are right there. Also we know where they are chatting from so gives us context.
For small teams that are starting out, it is a great tool to consider. The product is easy to understand and fairly intuitive for us. The entire sales team found the onboarding process and using the tool easy. Their support team is responsive and helpful too.
Not the best, but it mostly gets the job done.

What do you dislike about the product?
As more data started flowing into the CRM, we found it challenging to manage the workflows and settings without breaking things. When we make a small change to our sequence, it screws up the whole thing. There are no triggers or fail checks when we do something big to warn us about anything. And if there was anything wrong done during the initial set-up, it was almost impossible to correct it at a later stage. We write data from our website forms and multiple places to Freshsales in custom fields.
Specific flows don't work following expected behaviour as in other commonly used CRMs. Freshsales doesn't adapt to us; we will need to adapt to it. Most problems have some workaround but workarounds don't work all the time, and this can get frustrating for the admin setting up the account.
There are some issues with email deliverability too, when sending out bulk emails from Freshsales. I figured that many emails were not being delivered properly. The reporting on email opens and clicks isn't that great, and I have often found it misleading. When I wanted to pull out reports on certain types of users, I had to add a tag and then take a report because the built-in reporting didn't support that.
As our team grows and we want more advanced features in marketing or CS, we find it quite shorthanded. We need to buy other products in their suite and it's not a very integrated experience when using freshchat or freshmarketer.
Another problem with Freshsales is the speed at which they resolve bugs. We reported a bug two years ago, and they mailed us only recently, saying they fixed it. By this time, we are already considering other options like Hubspot and Salesforce.

Freshsales helps manage customer relations in our organisation. We are a small team having six users on Freshsales and have been using it for 3 to 4 years for marketing, sales and customer success. We are able to track the prospects, send out sequence emails and newsletters and engage with them for our business.
The core problem we are solving is tracking the prospects and leads. We write leads who visit our website into Freshsales and our sales team reaches out to them through active sales sequences and also other individual sales activities. Our marketing team puts them on a nurture sequence if they go cold.
For paid customers or potential opportunities, we track them on the deals pipeline to make sure there is good tracking and timely follow-ups as needed. At different stages of the deal, we have playbooks that tell the salespeople what to do and what to send to keep the prospects engaged.

Freshsales risks sharing confidential data with others

Not sure yet. It has got some quite good dashboards but have query with the platform security
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales risks sharing confidential data with others as once you sync your contacts everyone can see your email communications and if there is a contact that you need to communicate confidential information regarding a HR issue of another team member for example others in your team can see the communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn't yet as i cant use it due to data security issues
It is a perfect place to store all your data with clear notes and creating tasks make much easier.

Storage of the contacts & creating tasks for the follow-ups with their exact information
What do you dislike about the product?
Often change in the interface looks like its is new to adapt.

Overall Easy to Setup for Beginners / Technical Support by Chat is Responsive
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-technical person, the general setup to link it with our company emails and calendar on Microsoft 365 has been relatively easy. Once set up, users can mostly start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, getting support as a paying user has been good. Prior to being a paid user (trial period) however, getting help via support tickets has been near impossible. If it was better prior to being a paid user, it could have helped us make progress faster to being a paid user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company and sales team have not used a CRM prior and keeping customer records organized and being able to use them has been a challenge. So far from the adoption we can see the path to being able to do so soon.
Easy to use and great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We found FreshSales to be very intuitive - getting started is easy, and there are step-by-step instructions for importing data and setting up integrations. The support material is very good, and the help desk team is very proactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Freshsales to track and manage our client interactions and pipeline. Task reminders mean we get reminders on who to call or meet next, and we can track all client interactions.
Great experience and a cost effective option compared to peers like Messagebird.

Some initial bugs delayed the inital projected go-live.

Extremely streamline experience
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsale is really to use from the begining. You can understand how to work with the system from the first time you log-in. Freshsales also provide you everything that could help you manage a CRM system. Especially, the workflow fumction that could help you you to automate your work and make it more efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CPQ function is not polish yet. It make the experience not smooth. Also, Freshsales does not have the approval function so it could be challenge to the manage.

Freshsales help me to manage the data and make it clearer as well as more visable to work with. It also help to mamage the sale to.

Very helpful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Everything needed to run the business is all in one place. call centre, CRM, chat centre everything I need to run my business is here. They even reached out to me and delivered great customer service with a fantastic onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very intimidating to look at and has a steep learning curve to set up and adapt to our business needs but thankfully the customer service here is brilliant and they're always happy to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than having a softphone, chatplugins, customer management software all as seperate platforms with different pricing plans, everything is in one place under one pricing plan. So much more affordable and easier to manage.
