It does the job, but with some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
The team is very responsive and it fits the budget of a start-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual infrastructure of the product is frustrating at times. I work mostly in the analytics section, and there are some problems that I have to create work arounds for whereas other CRMs are more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates weekly reports for us to analyze our sales analytics as our team goes through clients. We use it to go through campaigns of multiple clients at a time and have no issues as the export is exactly right and always on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the support feature - to be able to talk to a customer support human at any time - day or night - is a real plus for me. I love this feature.I also like the stats that show up on how many opens I got from a campaign I sent, how many clicked on specific links and which persons exited from the campaign - useful statistics like these have helped with me sales data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having to repeat myself when dealing with different agents at Fresh Sales who have likely not left notes about the company I work for - this results in me having to explain the problem again to the new customer support person I am handed a second or third time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh Sales tells me which people (and their email addresses) are engaging closely with my company's email messages. This data or results show me who is interested and allows me to perform sales analysis on where those interested people (who have opened the email and/or clicked on specific links) are from and from which company and industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about freshworks is its inate ability to analyse the data which we as users have already entered and generate a Digital Analysis that is presentable as a report.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the ever evolving AI technology, I believe it would be of great value if there are more options available for the users to automate Email Marketing in more innovative and thought provoking ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a person who craves for numbers and data to determine success in Business, Freshworks makes our lives a whole lot easier through its ability generate such reports with ease, whereas prior to our integration with Freshworks generating such reports to analyse Sales, Customer satisfaction and so forth was such a time consuming task.

I wish there was an easier way of adding new customers from freshdesk into freshsales

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales lead pipeline is very nice. It's fairly straight forward and not a whole lot to it. Easy to use, intuitive and is superior to many other platforms out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are too many options in freshsales. Of course you can build out your freshsales the way you want it, but I still do think are too many fields. Other than that I think it's very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is helping me organize my leads and it's benefiting me by knowing when I last contacted the person I am trying to get in touch with. No real complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, this tool is really helpful for me to create, manage and project deals of prospects and see the progress and the sales cycle. The best part is this platform allows or notify us of real-time deal opportunities so we can connect with the client asap.
Since we are always searching for prospects, it allows us to integrate with email marketing & marketing automation for our marketing team as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price as compare to other platforms is a bit on the higher side. The web version is good, however, accessing it on the mobile version is not too effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to create, manage and check the progress of all the deals and connect with my prospects. Since it allows email automation as well, I frequently use it to send bulk emails and track all the progress.
All the leads coming into this CRM get notified immediately which helps me to reach out and not miss any time to connect with my clients. It also helps me to project the sales pipeline and give clear projection.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Freshsales, I can easily manage the processes of my customers such as contact, account, deal. Thanks to its features such as whatsapp api, instagram chat and facebook lead ads, I can easily reach new customers and they can reach me very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features that I don't like on Freshsales are that the custom module feature does not open in new tabs like other modules and sometimes I cannot do what I want in the cpq option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
freshsales has made it very easy for me to organize mass email and whatsapp campaigns for customers, so I can reach customers very easily. In general, I can follow my customers who come in with various options such as facebook lead ads and webform very well.
Freshsales product is great. It has the best features that can be in a CRM. It is easy to use.

Having phone and chat channels within the CRM is very good, and at the same time, marketing automation on the same screen.

Currently, I haven't had a bad experience, but some screens could be improved.
