What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales allows you to mark the client as yours and also allows you t track where you are with the clent and leave notes from when you and the client talked aboiut
What do you dislike about the product?
Fresh sales is very basic and you need to add different properties to fresh sale in order for you to see what you want when receiving a call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so sure what they are solving but their freshacller def needs some updating work done where you can see the client info when the call is given instead of looking for the client in the search

What do you like best about the product?
It's UI. The User Interface is fantastic. It is really easy to use once we understand the system
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily updates and the need to refresh the system every time an update roll out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is a great tool as a tracker of records, history, and stuff when it comes to a customer journey. For someone who works in my field, it is very important to know what we communicate with customers and other onboarding details. Freshsales solves all this. It will be really hard to maintain all these details in an Excel file

What do you like best about the product?
Applying a social media marketing strategy has proven to reach a wider audience and build brand loyalty effectively. Freshsales has provided us with high-quality items at a reasonable price. We have managed and improved our sales and marketing efforts with Freshsales' support. Developed to the needs of the sales and marketing teams, Freshsales is a customer relationship management (CRM) system with several useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time of the Freshsales support team is unacceptable, and the quality of their responses is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program has given us several opportunities to stimulate enthusiasm and interest in the company's various advertising and marketing initiatives. Through intrusive marketing initiatives, we monitor our customers and the data they provide to us. Freshsales' policies have been very successful. With the help of Freshsales, we have achieved our company's goals. I suggest the software to any other digital marketing company looking to implement a high-performing social media advertising strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is easy and clear to use. The screens are laid out well in both laptop and mobile uses.

Lack of external plugins for extension. There isn't a large ecosystem for external features.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Freshsales, We can easily manage and track our sales deals with an intuitive pipeline management system. The customizable deal stages allow for clear visualization and monitoring of each deal's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics reports do not always provide us with real-time information. It may take a few minutes for the dashboards to update. It is necessary to refresh the dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a pipeline by linking marketing strategy directly to the CRM. A pipeline can be established by connecting marketing strategy to the CRM, streamlining the sales cycle and efficiently identifying promising opportunities while avoiding unproductive ones. This process saves time and increases the likelihood of success.

What I like the most is that it is very organized and easy to input updates on clients' accounts.

The problem that Freshsales helped me to solve is tracking the recent conversations with the clients and lead calling in to help them get back on track and process their requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily filter prospects and leads. I love being able to create documents for eSigning and easily send them to clients. I also love having saved email templates & the ability to bulk email and see tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the organization about Freshsales can be annoying. There are also a lot of filter options, which is both good and bad. It can get a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves organization of leads, prospects, deals, won/lost, and customers. It solves email tracking and being able to see when last contacted. It just is very beneficial for keeping track of things and staying organized when you have thousands of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to navigate and manage all of my people :) I like that I can easily filter through lists when targeting different things and pull up a list based off my needs rather than clicking on each file.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it were easier to view phone numbers by just a click on the file name rather than having to click into each file individually, click the contact, and then receive the phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by having everything I need in one place and being able to filter through what I need. It definitely has made it easier on me

What do you like best about the product?
Because of its immense adaptability and ease of use, I love Freshsales. Setting up the system is streamlined, seamless and quick, so I can get my team up and running quickly to take advantage of its many benefits. And because the software is designed specifically for our sales process, there are no compromises and no great ideas are lost due to technology limitations. I'm also impressed with the customer service experience via email and live chat; not only are the response times incredibly fast, but they're always happy to help, which has made a huge difference to our day-to-day operations as well as our long-term success goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost associated with using Freshsales to be a major drawback. In addition, I am frustrated by the limited CRM features considering how much I am expected to pay for them. Furthermore, I don't seem to be able to take full advantage of all the features offered and this has been an ongoing problem that I have had difficulty resolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solves the problem of having to buy multiple tools for split testing, conversion optimization and customer surveys. Using this program saves me a lot of money that I can invest elsewhere in my business - not only that, but it's an extension on Chrome so I don't even have to leave my browser.
