Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to navigate and manage all of my people :) I like that I can easily filter through lists when targeting different things and pull up a list based off my needs rather than clicking on each file.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it were easier to view phone numbers by just a click on the file name rather than having to click into each file individually, click the contact, and then receive the phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me by having everything I need in one place and being able to filter through what I need. It definitely has made it easier on me

What do you like best about the product?
Because of its immense adaptability and ease of use, I love Freshsales. Setting up the system is streamlined, seamless and quick, so I can get my team up and running quickly to take advantage of its many benefits. And because the software is designed specifically for our sales process, there are no compromises and no great ideas are lost due to technology limitations. I'm also impressed with the customer service experience via email and live chat; not only are the response times incredibly fast, but they're always happy to help, which has made a huge difference to our day-to-day operations as well as our long-term success goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost associated with using Freshsales to be a major drawback. In addition, I am frustrated by the limited CRM features considering how much I am expected to pay for them. Furthermore, I don't seem to be able to take full advantage of all the features offered and this has been an ongoing problem that I have had difficulty resolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solves the problem of having to buy multiple tools for split testing, conversion optimization and customer surveys. Using this program saves me a lot of money that I can invest elsewhere in my business - not only that, but it's an extension on Chrome so I don't even have to leave my browser.

Freshsales SMTP does not work well - I have to stop and change SMTP every now and then

I really like having our marketing and sales teams working on the same platform. The user experience is very good and after a while you navigate it quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshworks has a lot of different and powerful tools, but it's not unusual to run into a bug. I spend a lot of time talking to Freshsales customer service. On the flip side, they are very fast at solving issues

I used Freshsales to build marketing and sales pipelines from the ground up. It's super useful to manage contacts, to autate emails and built have holistic view of your product.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Freshsales for its huge potential as a CRM! This platform allows sales reps to streamline administrative tasks, increase productivity, and close more deals - all through an easy-to-use dashboard. In addition, users can track specific performance metrics, such as deal size and source, through statistical charts that show progress over time from multiple connections. This provides complete visibility into how leads are progressing through each interaction cycle, which is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Freshsales is limited in its uses and can be expensive. Its free customer relationship management platform comes with a number of limitations that make it difficult to use all the features available in other, more expensive sales and marketing automation solutions. Additionally, cost considerations are generally an ongoing issue when using Freshsales to manage accounts, contacts, and leads.

Freshsales solves the problem of streamlining the sales process by allowing me to easily manage and track leads. With its comprehensive lead layout, including notes and responsibilities assigned to each person on my team, I am able to confidently navigate each prospect interaction more efficiently than ever before.

Learning curve, it takes atleast a month just to experiment according to our usecases
