Easy to navigate, ease of use was excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything organized in one place was a great help. This was a solid alternative to Salesforce. Customer support was only needed once after onboarding and they were quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, it was excellent and everything we needed.

Automating sales engagement and organizing prospects data.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly UI , Easy to use and creating reports is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has few limitations on creating reports which can be improved

Setup is easy and configuration is also easy which saves a lot of time.
Not Scalable (after extensive CRM customizations on Enterprise edition they can't fix FreshCaller
What do you like best about the product?
Love the updated layout it can do almost everything we need at a reasonable price. The FreshCaller features didn't function because we purchased and customized them prior to August 2023. Buyer be aware you might need a future feature upgrade that will not be compatible with your current version of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
No power dialer due to using an earlier build of the FreshSales CRM. Can you imagine spending time money and effort to get up and running to discover that you plan to deploy your system can't perform even with the highest tier Enterprise subscription?
I've been struggling to get a refund as we were promised it would work. Now crickets when it comes to a fix or a refund.

Covers what all crms do but in what appeared to be an integrated package until a feature didn't function after spending a lot of time money and effort to configure the system. The answers are not justifiable given we purchased the Enterprise edition of FreshSales CRM.
Incomplete Solution Despite Numerous Features: A Cautionary Tale of Poor Support and Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
While the CRM offers an extensive range of features, they fall short in terms of quality and usability. The customer support is inadequate, making the implementation process time-consuming and ultimately leaving you with an incomplete solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the support team is quick to send out links to articles, this approach falls short of providing the personalized help needed for successful implementation. It becomes evident that the representatives are not well-trained, as they often resort to generic articles rather than directly addressing the specific issues at hand. The end result is a frustrating and inefficient support experience, exacerbating the challenges of using an already complex CRM system.

We initially adopted Freshsales with the expectation that it would streamline our sales process. The platform offers various functionalities like lead tracking, email integration, and analytics, which in theory should have helped us manage customer relationships more effectively.

Freshsales solves lead and contact management challenges, streamlines sales processes, and provides valuable analytics etc.
Fresh Sales is an awesome CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that freshslaes give a central view of the sales activites done at the comfort of a dashboard. And that the tool is accessible also on a mobile device. This solution is a great CRM solution that provides a central solution that helps to follow through the sales process of businesses using event tracking, prospecting activities , track customers interaction, managing sales activities, reliable customer support, and share information with colleagues. The freshsales CRM also helps to give an overview of the sales activities done to the sales manager and keeps accurate track of reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freshsales is a cloud based solution that is mostly compartible with cloud based and cloud oriented enviroments so for an organization that is fully on-prem enabled it maybe be a downside for them using the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales solves the problem of non visibility of my sales processes. Fresh sales has made me more productive as I get to have a better view of how my sales processes are going and to keep proper tracks. Now i can get to viem my deals in the pipeline and set sales goals and target and get to achieve this goals.

After utilizing it for a bit and gaining a level of comfort, it allows me to very easily keep track of my clients and their needs.

The app still is a bit difficult to navigate.
