What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and understand. Not a lot of training needed to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes without notification. When you log in the will be changes to the layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me keep track of my sales and activity pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup Contracts, clients ,lead and service at one place, gather all communication channels with customers under one dashbaord, excellent analytical reports with ability to download the source data , Admin have full control on customization of screen, options and layouts
What do you dislike about the product?
need some more controls in adding custom fields
need to add some on screen help for users to get fimiliar with CRM
pricing module should be more flexible to enable multi level pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is helping sales team to record all the leads , follow them to convert into a succes or loose, successful lead will convert into a client with complete details of company business, expected volume of sale monthly / yearly. Management can review the sales performace on a single clickto view all analytics and progress reports and view the weak area where sale is getting low or team is unsuccessful in getting business.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales went above and beyond to help onboard our company. They took the time to train my staff and help us get fully setup and ready to go with zero downtime. I am very pleased with Freshsales as it meets all our communication and marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the system is a bit complex... but this is good because with the proper training and setup you have powerful tools at your use. Just invest the front end time to get setup properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales helped us put all our email marketing and customer communications in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the tools available at the free level, with the ability to upgrade for a reasonable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is still difficult to set up and I find myself always in need of support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring all of my clients are being interacted with and no conversations are lost.

What do you like best about the product?
I can organise and approach my sales data easily from single page, the Deals Page. Easy to pick and action deals that need attention and this help boost my sales quota with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to create Account, Deals and Contacts form just one page. I need to do this separately and assign Deals to Accounts and Contact to Deals

Freshsales helps in organising my sales data in bhronological manner so I can approach a lead when it most relevant for me to approach thm.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales helps keep myself and my team organized and on track throughout the day. We're able to offer ample customer support and easily review interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how few of the features I use daily. I wish I used more features of the program more frequently.

Freshsales offers a level of organization that other programs we work with does not.

I like that is had always been easy to navigate and now it is more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activities Dashboard does not have option to choose number of items to show.

I get to do many tasks all in Freshsales -- send emails, save/access contacts, create and manage tasks/meetings/sequences and track these, among many others.
