What do you like best about the product?
The Task Reminders and Email tracking are some of my favorite features. We don't use FS to our full advantage yet and have discussed learning more about it. Wondering if FS offers a webinar course.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's hard to easily/quickly find your past call recordings. You have to search through your entire call history to find a call recording to review it rather than simply looking up the phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of leads/sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
As a Project management for a Software company here in Brazil, I needed a platform that could be used along my CRM, and I can tell that the tools from Freshworks are incredible. They work well in a syncronization mode that enable us to keep our Leads coming in and converting while we take great care of our existing customers. There is a transition phase where our lead will turn into a customer and the score system does it a good job on pinpointing the most interested lead. The layout is fresh, like everything in the suite. I can wait to see what´s next. Great work guys!
What do you dislike about the product?
A Dashboard that will give more control of our data is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and converting new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, scales with growing team, clear and concise reporting and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The tech support has been efficient and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing info between a growing sales team and sharing the right information. Integrating our apps user data to CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, easy to use and spend the time customizing everything, territories, API, everything. Will make it much easier to grow with the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface. I feel that even someone who has never used CRM software before could easily get to grips with how it works without much assistance. It's very intuitive.
I also like the simplicity of uploading and managing CSV files and how contacts link to social media.
And of course, the customer service is outstanding. Any issue resolved hastily
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a few more tutorials/videos of more advanced features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organisation and management of lists of contact names and numbers and the opportunity to mass email them.
Freshsales has made this problem much more manageable

Great Online CRM App

What do you like best about the product?
The price is very, very affordable. Had used Salesforce previously. for very similar functionality, this is much easier on the bottom line. They are very adaptive to request for changes and have been very accommodating whenever we need functionality added.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features lacking, but I can tell that the team is working hard to update the software. They have even added file attachments and new reporting since we joined at the end of this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way to tangibly track sales processes before. We were dependent on our internal CMS, but this Freshsales has been very helpful tracking revenue in the pipeline. I also use the Deals feature every single day for team follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend trying this software before going with any of the "big guys". Their functionality is on an equal level and their support team is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, functionality and most importantly the support to ensure one is using this application correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timelines to get tasks done in the background could be better communicated. But when the work is done it is done properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous CRM was not easy to use, so our users reluctantly used it and rarely utilized it properly. We could also not integrate with our social media platforms seamlessly. Now the data in Freshsales is good and plenty. Exactly what management wants to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Freshsales is as close to an Enterprise grade software as one can get for the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Without Freshsales I don't know how I would keep track of the myriad of leads and accounts in my portfolio! A virtual sales assistant if there ever was one :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to be able to link Contacts to Leads. At present I have to create two Leads for the same company instead of 1 Leads linked to multiple Contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilise the notes section to record all sorts of info on my interactions with customers. When it is time to re-engage them, I read up on our last encounter and it appears as though I have the memory of an elephant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have no complaints what so ever. I haven't dabbled with other CRM software but this one works really well for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and everything on the front page that I need. I don't have to dig into pages to go where I need to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize it more to my own questions and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management has become easier and I love the reminders via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Def. get Freshsales. No need to spend a lot more money on another software.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the simple UI. I personally thought around 15 sales people to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. One suggestion would be to able to have multiple owners for a single lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined sales process. Being a B2C company, we have sales people across cities. Now we can view everything at one place

Best Marketing Automation and CRM Software

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from SalesForce to FreshSales and it has proven to be an excellent decision. FreshSales is easy to use, highly customizeable to our business processes, and pulls all our marketing efforts together to provide insights into our target market that we weren't aware of before. Customer service has also been outstanding. Don't waste your time and money with the 'big boys' in this space - they overcharge and give you less value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little quirky in terms of adhering to the 'rules' of the database and reporting still has a ways to go, but the FreshSales team is quickly making strides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gone from a marketing database only, to a full CRM that allows us to track specific results of our marketing efforts and provides a way to analyze the 'big data' of our leads, pulling the most active, interested ones to the top.
