The advantages of using Freshsales as our CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Having used MS Dynamics for the best part of 2 years, our experience with Freshsales CRM has been excellent. From out of the box, all of our salespeople were able to use it to full advantage. Ease of implementation, user adoption and visibility are all exceptional. The salespeople love its ability to capture email threads effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is associated with deal notes. There is a bit of confusion over where notes should reside; with the client contact, client or deal. I am sure this is something we can resolve by defining it internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, we had a challenge around tracking and expediting our pipeline. Freshsales give us great visibility and reporting without demanding hours of non-sales input from sales staff.
Secondly, we had a challenge in forecasting for finance and resource planning, Freshsales enables us to predict and manage pipeline very accurately.

If you are looking to implement a simple to use, easily adopted CRM you would be pushed to find anything that measures up to Freshsales

Easy to use platform for all Sales Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to engage the leads/prospects in various way and monitor their status with lead score. This helps to identify the leads potential in closing the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. I don't have any comment.

Very easy to use and available on mobile application. I love it more because it is free to start with.

I need to upgrade with all existing users ( in place of few members).

It is good for follow up of leads coming for overseas education & coaching classes.

I will recommend to try this at least once and you will fall for it.
Great solution for catering to multiple support channels
What do you like best about the product?
We run an e-commerce channel management agency; being able to manage the customer support of all our clients through a single platform is a godsend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, it's not possible to connect multiple instances of the same ecommerce platform for better integration. If this is added someday in the future, I would have no complaints.

Streamlining customer support.

Excellent support system. Very structured software.

I like the support system, its response and the way the support people respond. Its really appreciable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Most of the features are very good , except Reports wherein it requires to strengthen.

Great CRM software for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the fact that Freshsales has thought of all the information that is needed for a startup. Therefore it has great reports to help you to have more insights on how your business is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new with Freshsales. I definitely need some training in order to use this efficiently.

Being more organized. Informing the team what the status is of the accounts

Fresh sales have a customer friendly team. They are responsive to emails and calls. They are happy to customise the product for your business requirements. They are also frequently adding new services and updating their product

At some point we would like to integrate it into our other databases

Freshsales CRM Review - Best ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the up-top-date interface the best. Not cluttered and well designed with ability to deep-dive within a click or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used many CRMs in the past which did have several things I did not like (too cumbersome, bad taxonomy or navigation, etc.) - Sugar, InsideSalesBox, SalesForce, Pardot, and various others, I am not sure there is anything I do not yet like with Freshsales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and quick management of various pipelines for a small, one-man consulting shop - I have a few and varied irons in the fire, and needed something that allows me to manage the contacts, leads and tracking of everything in a fluid manner.
Refreshing UI
What do you like best about the product?
the UI is clean and fresh, navigation is simple and uncluttered.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new product, they are still building out some features...but they are executing rapidly and brilliantly so I can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the day to day sales process and providing data to other teams for improve lead quality and conversion. Freshsales makes team collaboration easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started a new business and was looking for an easy to use but fully functional customer tracking program. I reviewed many products but when I found FreshSales this was the one for me. I have used it for several months now and am very happy with the product, first class....
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this is a good program..........I have no complaints with this product........Would recommend for customer tracking
