Sales workflow enhanced.
What do you like best about the product?
I´ve been using FreshSales for about 5 months and we are very satisfied about UI interactions and clear design. UI is very intuitive for a no-sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I´d like to have an option to print information and data taken from visual filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our KAMs were against our last sales software, we were losing visibility of business opportunities due to bad UI, now with FreshSales we have everything we need to follow-up deals and business opportunities. We can give business visibility to stakeholders.

Fresh Sales, a great sales engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is very easy to use, the menu items are pretty self explanatory and all the segments like leads, contacts, etc. are pretty well linked. That ensure that there is ZERO repetition as far as entry of info is concerned.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, there is not a lot to DISLIKE in the tool. If only i was to point out, then the integration of email shld be mandated as a process, rather than being option, as I did not realise abt it, till I was to do bulk emailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales helps us get all the disparate sales activity under one single umbrella. It brings in lot of efficiency in the sales process
Great alternative to traditional CRM's
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness and intuitive dashboard. CRM's should make life easier and this is a promising tool. I have been using it for a few months and I am happy to have got rid of the nightmare of navigating through Salesforce. All information in one view and easier reporting. Hopefully, with time and more users, more templates and features will become available
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike per se but as with every new software, it takes time to build a robust product so there are things missing. The good news is that I am seeing new functionality and features being released on a frequent basis so I am willing to be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the immediate things that come to mind are the ability to do bulk emails to similar prospects, ease of creating lists by filtering through various lead/contact information. Even reporting is easier to do once you get the hang of it. Freshales has helped my company start keeping track and managing its Sales organisation efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to get rid of the "traditional crm's" that are hard to administrate and hard to use, I definitely recommend this product!
Freshsales is Best CRM for us
What do you like best about the product?
It is best CRM as it creates proper sales funnel for my sales team. I can separate leads like cold lead, hot lead, warm lead & much more it has in it. The user interface is too easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used so many CRM in past couple of year. But trust me Freshsales is one of the best CRM I have ever used. So, I am really sorry to say that there is not to dislike about this CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive multiple leads a day. As nature of our business to close any lead it takes 2-3 week and we need to organize those lead on a priority basis. This job is easy to handle im Freshsales.

Continues to impress
What do you like best about the product?
Support and updates from the Team are remarkably impressive. Constant updates to the software implementing positive changes are a major asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live dashboard and reporting absence. Would like to have a means to view (live) sales performances on D2D sales/even hourly. Having the reporting at current doesnt allow for insight into shorter time periods, and in the service industry, daily sales are essential for monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales allows me to monitor and implement change within my team(s) at a breeze. Should we need to implement quick promotions, and or satisfy customer requests on mass, FreshSales provides that framework. Also it gives much better visibility into customer Repeat Customer Spending.
The Perfect CRM for Startups !!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using FreshSales from last 6 Months with 1 month Trail and 5 months paid version.Its really good Interface to understand the CRM for easy sales in an order with tracking system.
We have went for many CRM's but Freshsales have given some cool good features in an basic plan for an startups to Invest in an low price.

What do you dislike about the product?
I could suggest to Freshsales to look at the Android or I store App.Its really not such good whenever we want to give a mail thought the app it was redirecting to the Gmail or Office 365.

We completely Sales type of business to fallow up on time to close everyone at right time.So freshsales have done this work well in giving reports and tracking the mails.
FreshSales with Fresh sales
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the operating system for everyone to use. Once all my employees trained on it once or twice it was pretty self explanatory. Which made our lives easier and less paper pushing. I also love that you can assign someone a sale that is one of the best things about this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike the login page. It is to simple and easy for someone to login to someone else account, Mostly everything else is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of sales calls and contacts. It has helped keep everyone in sync with the system and with talking to customers and potential customers . Also keeps all my employees accountable for what they are sup;posed to be doing.

It is an easy application and helps to keep your business right on track! Easy to use , easy to set up and easy to pay.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about Freshsales is great. Right from onboarding and setting up the account to using the advanced features, the UX is seamless. Freshsales has some unique features which we found extremely valuable and provided us with key insights that helped in closing mode deals. To name a few: in app email notifications, website visitor analytics and segmentation and automatic profile enrichment.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Freshsales. Although I would love to see the functionality where follow-up emails can be automated based on prospect's behavior. This can help Sales teams save lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Saleslift, we get a lot of incoming prospects. We use Freshsales to manage the pipeline, identify our ideal potential customers, engage in conversation with them and convert them as our customers.
The greater lead administator tool
What do you like best about the product?
Managing leads is really easy and you can put all the data you want on every client and it's a great tool for team work, tasks can be assigned to you co-workers. I receive all notifications to my email when a client checks on an email that's really helpful too! I can check everything wherever I go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not much as I dislike, but I will be happier if the ranking points of a lead stop rising just for changing some information that was wrong or for adding new camps and info. Also, I believe it´s better if the points just rise up when the client shows his interest (feedback, answers, calls...) A quick tool to clean the data will be great, something that permits to erase a group of leads, something like "ERASE ALL UNQUALIFY LEADS" or "ERASE ALL LEADS WITHOUT DEALS". :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all... making more money! this tool is amazing to have full control of all your clients and their movements, I really save a lot of time with leads that don't have any interest at all. This tool Increase the management and respond time of all the leads and deals.

This tool will help your business and your clients to make deals and have a total control of what's happening, so you can be at your home or traveling and check what's your team doing or if they fulfil the tasks.
