Amazing visual CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to filter information, manage tasks and next steps with my teams, and how it is visual and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not as functional as the website... yet. Specifically speaking about the pipeline view.

Big Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The system is intuitive - unlike our past CRM. I also appreciate the drag and drop interface and the ease in converting people from lead to account to deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email conversation seem a bit hard to manage but I'm not in the app every minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales opportunities for a far flung sales team.

I appreciate that they upgrade the product with good frequency.
flexible CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Beamershop24.de has been working successfully with freshsales for a year. Deciding for a system, it was crucial for us that we were able to adapt the CRM tool to our requirements. Freshsales gives us a 100% control over our deals and our lead management has been greatly improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we are missing only a dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a freelance data analyst who doesn't have a great deal of time to maintain a CRM. Freshsales provides me with all of the functionality I need to maintain records of sales leads & existing customers with minimum input. I really like the way it captures email and highlights potential leads. I like the clean interface and the wide range of customisation available. Also, it has one of the best mobile apps that allows me to maintain records and find contact numbers and emails in seconds. I would encourage anyone who's looking for a compact, yet feature rich CRM to try Freshsales first.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I sometimes find difficult is when I want to manually delete a large number of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks, scores and highlights potential sales leads by capturing my emails. Because It's easy to navigate and extract information, I find myself wanting to use it, not like other CRM's I've used in the past. For the first time, I feel that I'm on top of managing my sales leads and existing customers and I'm not missing any opportunities.
I found Freshsales flexible to our needs and the support team to be very responsive.

The customization fields. The can be uniquely customized to match our specific needs.

A bit time consuming to assign all of your fields manually.

Easy to set up, great features and impressive support
What do you like best about the product?
2-way email tracking and bulk email functions saves us much time and gives us the possibility to connect with customers on the right moment. When setting up a sales funnel that connects we free valuable time to focus on our core business. The setup was also easy to follow with easy and understandable how to guides. We had some minor issues on the hosting site that the support team helped us solve very fast. They even extended our trial so we could test the features and set up everything as needed. We are now a paying customer and will never look back on the decision we made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to hide or disable standard fields in all elements for an easier work flow and registration of leads, deals, contact and companies. There are many functions that is not needed in our business and it would improve our workflow to be able to hide these fields. Other than that we are very satisfied with the rest of the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with projects that are time demanding and were looking for a crm with leads and deals tracking with the ability for 2 way email tracking and a easy to set up and follow sales funnel. This gives us the possibility to contact our customers and leads with optimal timing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We spent tremendous amount of time researching the best crm software and freshsales, with a combination of easy to set up and a low cost, is by far the best solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh sales is very easy to use, which is important to our team. We move very quickly with everything we do so having a system that operates efficiently has been so important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything that we don't like. It would be great to be able to integrate MailChimp and other services with Fresh Sales so that emails can be sent, which are content rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We maintain all our customers in one place and all communications with each customer is recorded and date stamped - solves the problem of tracking relationships with multiple staff members

Great CRM for growing businesses like mine!
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales gives a ton of features in their CRM. I'm data focused and that type of analysis is easy to find. But even more than, they are extremely helpful with their customer service. I've found them prompt and easy to work with. I consider the Freshsales team as a big part of our company and a reason for our success!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I found the price competitive and better than the competition. For the features that I would like but aren't present, customer service is responsive and they are added as quickly as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I´ve been using FreshSales for about 5 months and we are very satisfied about UI interactions and clear design. UI is very intuitive for a no-sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I´d like to have an option to print information and data taken from visual filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our KAMs were against our last sales software, we were losing visibility of business opportunities due to bad UI, now with FreshSales we have everything we need to follow-up deals and business opportunities. We can give business visibility to stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales is very easy to use, the menu items are pretty self explanatory and all the segments like leads, contacts, etc. are pretty well linked. That ensure that there is ZERO repetition as far as entry of info is concerned.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, there is not a lot to DISLIKE in the tool. If only i was to point out, then the integration of email shld be mandated as a process, rather than being option, as I did not realise abt it, till I was to do bulk emailing.
