What do you like best about the product?
easy to understand sales reviwe and easy to manage sale revenue

this is not use friendly filter option not easy to apply

It is very easy to use.

The product continues to "usefully" evolve! And, I get to "usefully" evolve with the software!

There's a few small features that I'd like to see addressed that don't get addressed

It's native integration with freshdesk and google workspace is excellent. Automated workflows are a bit hard to grasp

Automated workflows are a bit tricky. There is also no clear difference between automated sale sequences and journeys.

Keeping track of all our customers and the discussions we have with them in once central place

Its easy to maneuver through and provides quick data analysis tools.

Analytics should come with drop icons based on the data already entered.

Leads generation and Management. Able to track deal movement and categorize them accordingly.

I like how easy reporting is. We are a sales-driven company, and CRM for us is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web forms have limitations. It cannot easily automated with Google Forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is easy with FS. Its highly customizable nature is superior.
It's easy and fast to use, also it works very smoothly and does not lag

FS is very handy to use and everything about the lead displays on the screen at once.

Sometime they totally change the system, in starting it creates a bit uneasiness to use

Easy to use and integrate with your own application. Great UI and highly customizable.

UI is not consistent for all app modules. and not all functionalities have API endpoints for managing/mass update.

Put all information and interactions with customers in a single place, in addition to relationships between customers.
