WOW! Fresh Sales is the most extensible and robust CRM I have used sense Sales Force

I like how intuitive it is and how it is seeming to have been designed by someone in sales

I dislike the click to call bad functionality

Business problems that are being solved are the need for a one stop shop for CRM and workforce optimization

Definitely want to have an auto dialer along with it that has Fresh Sales Intergrationb

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I lead the account management team, my use case (renewals and upsells) is a little different from the primary solution Freshsales and other CRM solutions provide - Drive New sales.
Because of this, I find several challenges in using CRM systems (Freshsales, Salesforce etc)

What do you like best about the product?
There’s so many good things to say about Freshsales. I have used Salesforce, Sugar, and Nimble and tried others as well. Freshsales has all the features we need and then some, yet it is easy to use and intuitive with a oleasant UI and no bloatware. Most important, my team has less issues using Freshsales than several other CRM platforms we have tried.
Love the email, read receipts, and reply notifications. It’s so easy to to notice emails needing a response with the number badge on the Leads or Contacts menu icon. The click to call is quick and easy to intiate a call as well, which is automatically added to the time timeline when the call is finished.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s just one complaint, and that is the size of the data entry box when replying to an email, which would be better if it was larger. I mentioned it to my support contact, and he immediately sent a request to the dev team to address the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better followup and quicker responses to emails are the top two benefits. Having stored email templates that team members can send instead of writing an email is not only a time saver, but the content sent to clients is always perfect. For us, Freshsales solved the problem we’ve had of team members not using it. Now, all of us are all on the same page

A great CRM - Great Featureset and amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the way I was able to quickly and easily get started with Freshsales. Sign up for an account, change a few email options and get started. The default data set didn't require a lot of tweaking and everything was pretty self explanatory.
I also really like the range of triggers available via Zapier that allow Freshsales to be easily integrated to other tools that we use. For example a web form on our website kicks of a demo enquiry or sign up request that is created as a lead in Freshsales.
Leads get converted to contacts in Freshsales when their account is setup which then uses Zapier integration to push to billing systems and support systems.

There are some small aesthetics that are annoying but not show stoppers. In some areas the email text box is quite small and requires a lot of scrolling on longer messages.

We adopted Freshsales to help track leads for a software app our business had launched. We needed to be able to track leads through different stages of demo and signup and ensure communication within our team was efficient and people weren't slipping through the cracks.

UI is great, working very smooth, free version has so many features to use.

a higher level plan pricing high as an Indian client.

I can manage my leads from anywhere and anytime. it is like magic to manage your leads in such a way.

Estate plan (top) is too expensive for us. Can't make phone calls with the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a great experience using FreshService (IT ticketing system), it seemed natural for us to look to FreshSales for a CRM system. Both systems integrate well with one another. FreshSales is able to track and manage communication from a perspective client through an entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is still relatively new, having the ability to scan business cards and import them directly into the CRM would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business solutions include details about each perspective or current client available to each of our employees fingertips.
