Feature Rich Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing of email and call logs and everything is at one place.

Should have a sms integration facility for bulk sms.

Freshsales - StartUp CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Freshsales is so flexible. With the ability to add custom contact, account and lead fields, I can set up Freshsales exactly as I need to, regardless of my upcoming project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email editor and reporting could benefit from some updates. I usually use an external HTML text editor to create my emails and import my code once finished. I'd also like to see more reporting available on email campaigns. The email reporting currently available, comes from a admin/manager point of view, tallying what my Freshsales users have been sending. I would like to see a detailed report of how many contacts opened my email, how many clicked through the links and which links they clicked through, without visiting each individual contact page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a small (less than 15 employed) company running a large (over 400 accounts), international program. We use Freshsales to contact the accounts, organize support tickets, keep track of activity, and more.
Fantastic Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales has the right feature set for a small SaaS startup, particularly that it has proper open/click tracking and support for IMAP servers. Cost is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with the web app, can't say about mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. More than others I have used.

There are no dislikes. We have had all good reviews.

Fresh Sales has to be one of the most stress free - user friendly CRM sites I have used. I am glad to have found something that actually works well and is not complicated. I love the design of the site because it doesn't take a lot of searching around to find what you need. Everything is laid out perfectly. It is easy to located notes, email addresses, contacts, etc. I definitely don't waste as much time getting things done with this program. I have been using Fresh Sales for over 2 years with a company I am a representative for. I liked it so much, I am now using it with my own company. I highly recommend Fresh Sales.
Great solution for info on the go!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that with FreshSales, I can have all of my customer and account info with me on the go. It's great for coordinating with staff members so we can maximize sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any issues. One minor issue might be that on the mobile app, it can be difficult to filter down to the customer info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business takes us out of the office routinely. With past CRM programs, we didn't have access to our info wherever we went. With FreshSales, I can have my office with me wherever I go!

Great UI, great UX. A very good look'n'feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "note" area for a specific customer is not very efficient. Line breaks don't work well for instance, and there isn't a rich text editor.

I like the interface, it's a user friendly UI. The tunnel view of the deals is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike its reporting- the feature can be bettered by adding more endpoints in the download.

I use it for our Sales Development Team, the Tunnel View of all the deals is super helpful for my day-day to keep track of all that we're working on and the different stages of the deals for everyone in my team.
Very bad customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflow and user interface. Easy to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time from customer support is very slow. Once they promised to give me feedback next Monday but I did not hear back from them.

Freshsales help me manage all leads/customers. This is critical and I am able to track each customer, reply email properly. It saved me a lot of time in dealing with customer emails.

Freshsales is simply laid out, has really useful, well designed features and works exactly the way it should do.

There are a couple of tiny issues, but really nothing to complain about.

Quick access to data, links to Google Suite, the mobile app is slick too.
