Above Good to Great midrange experience
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff is incredibly willing to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure that all the features are exactly as they describe or perhaps as we interpret them, but in meetings with their team, we are able to find solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple problems are decreasing but the greatest benefit is efficiency in communications management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many competitive products in this space, and all have a similar price point. You can spend hours investigating (and you should). Each product will be a little different. Find the one that most accurately appears to satisfy your requirements. If you need people who can assist and who will listen to you when you need help then you will find FreshSales a company worth looking at.

Better than Salesforce

Usability can be a bit confusing to use.

Sometimes a bit slow in loading at start

Works brilliantly with FreshDesk and Freshchat
Freshsales is the CRM we have been waiting for.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how lightweight Freshsales is to use. It integrates into our day-to-day communication platforms so we can track progress without the heavy lifting of redundant data input.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a major issue yet. I will update when I find something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track thousands of opportunities a year. Within those thousand I track 5 different types and need 5 different pipelines to accurately track the various funnels. Freshsales has been instrumental in helping with that. We are a small company and we also needed a software that could be implemented and administrated internally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend looking at the Estate level during the trial. It has a lot of great time saving features that can save hours in a week.

What do you like best about the product?
FreshSales is an intuitive, robust CRM option. I'm used to Salesforce, and I find FreshSales to be a capable CRM with comparable capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there is little I dislike about FreshSales. And I am picky.

24/7 access via the mobile app.
Freshsales is easy to use and easily accessible.

The customer service is great! Fast and helpful - no waiting for days to get support like other CRM platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant think of anything to dislike. The platform is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing my client contacts. Benefits have resulted in three appointments in just a few days of using.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole customer experience: from being able to convert leads into contact, establishing a lead score, customizing everything so easily. It feels like you are making the software your own. It is super fast and so much easier to use than Hubspot. The interface to send email is amazing, the tracker works super well. I can personalize the customer profile and add anything I need, to then set it up as criteria for the lead score, just perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill option needs a bit of work to be as efficient as Hubspot one for example. But honestly, all the other features are making up for it. I was also wanting a Chrome extension, but I asked and it seemed like it is going to be there soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing outreach to my contacts has been made so easy. The lead score is helping me to sort out who I should contact first (and I defined myself what is making a lead worthwhile). I also defined a set of rules to remind me to contact people after X number of days depending on the lead score: AMAZING
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it guys, worth the hassle of changing CRM. We put tones of work into setting up Hubspot, I tried Freshsales to see the difference, and I immediately switched.

Easy to use, comprehensive reporting across the board, tight integration into Freshdesk ticketing

We require computable fields in the deals page to be able to add multiple columns together which isn't currently available.

Ensuring that sales are tracked, allocated, followed up and without losing track of any of the sales.
