Zero downtime
What do you like best about the product?
We used Haproxy as a middleware while migrating between different k8s flavors, we had to use proxy that was super fast, reliable and easy to spin. We chose Haproxy for that and it was unbelievably simple and painless

Nothing comes to mind, so its good for me

HA lb for self hosted k8s control plain based on 2 haproxy and keepalive

It works, i don’t have any problems with may setup

I will be cool if haproxy have possibility to read docker/k8s api and create routes based on this info

It is sometime difficult to debug connections issues on local fallback

What do you like best about the product?
HAProxy is easy to set up and has powerful features. It is reliable and highly performant.

It can have a slightly steeper learning curve than eg. nginx.

We currently use clustered HAProxy in a high availability scenario to offer automatic failover on database and rabbitmq connections in a geo-redundant platform.

My earliest use of Ha Proxy was an easy one to set up. It’s high performance is noteworthy.

Nothing much. It’s was pretty easy to use
